非常差的體驗 ，中國人千萬不要住這個酒店。 服務員表面客氣，其實心裏歧視華人 ，早餐前台告訴我們10點結束 ，9:30我帶着孩子餐廳用餐 ，那個餐廳的（******）告訴我們結束了，東西她都收起來了，還笑嘻嘻的讓我們去超市買。過了一會一個白人拿着房卡，那個死女人居然笑臉相應給白人去拿早餐。我問她為什麼他有，我們沒有？她又問我們需要什麼。她就是個****，真噁心。

Overall experience was great

Courteous front desk staff, check in and check out. Room was clean, and so were halls and stairways. Had to leave very early so i appreciated being able to buy milk when i checked in and also the little coffee maker. I will return when taking Logan Express again.

Very clean rooms and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only disappointing thing is the $100 deposit you have to put down on a credit card but they DON'T refund it until 3 to 5 days after checkout. Also, there was no bar soap in the bathroom. They had Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower in pump bottles on the wall. The body wash smelled terrible.

Everything was great but , the room we were in was super dry. We tried to turn the heat off to see if that would help and even with the window cracked it was still so dry. The bed was comfy and the front desk staff was so incredibly nice. I don’t think the price of the room is worth it for the lack of free amenities ( I.e. coffee) . They did have hot apple cider at the front desk our first night tho. Great hotel for a short stay, very close to Salem without having to stay in Salem .

It was generally clean but there were a few issues. There were several stains on the floor. A few items in the bathroom were old and ready for refresh. The TV was likely from the 90s and made it difficult to watch a hockey game because the quality was so poor. For a hotel at the price point I paid, it should be better than this

Compared to other places we've stayed north of Boston, this hotel was clean, pleasant and convenient to the sites we needed to visit. Room rates were comparable, but breakfast is not included as it is in other facilities. What's offered is expensive for what it is.

Chambre propre et lit confortable mais qualité des services est à revoir. La terrasse n’est pas illuminé le soir et le déjeuner ne contient pas d’éléments fraîchement cuisiné. Attention, il y a deux déjeuners ce qui n’était pas indiqué lorsque nous avons réservé. l’option Déjeuner incluse dans notre réservation et qui était la seule option offerte via la plateforme de location incluait seulement un café régulier, une pâtisserie préemballée qui n’avait pas l’air fraîche et un jus ou yogourt. Il aurait fallu payer à nouveau pour avoir l’autre déjeuner qui permettait d’avoir un café spécial (cappuccino, Latte) et un sandwich avec œuf réchauffé mais ça n’avait pas l’air bien meilleur. Nous n’avons donc pas pris le déjeuner que nous avions payés et avons été remboursés par la plateforme car l’hôtel disait qu’elle ne serait pas payé par celle-ci. Un service client peu amical. Hôtel de transit pour une nuit sans plus.

The staff that we interacted with (the front desk to the breakfast crew) was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and parking was never an issue.

Pretty looking from the outside and inside! Kind and professional staff at the front desks and in the kitchen for breakfast! Clean rooms and nice decor!

I like the area, it's quite, only complain is the food is expensive. i wish breakfast was included but overall clean.
