im writing this reclamation because of the unprofessional treatment in the reception, when i was doing my check out in the reception i asked for invoice for my society the woman working there (Mounia) refused by saying ”3lach ma gotlich mn kbal? than i asked for navette to take me to the aeroport she said that it's not available now and you have to wait for an hour i said that my mother is sick if there is a special navette she answered me without politeness and respect.

We looked for a hotel to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day and this came up as very close to the airport with an extra bonus of free shuttle service from and to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, the staff again were very polite and were kind to accommodate for my baby who has a dairy allergy. The food was nice. Continental breakfast was good with the option of ordering hot food. The shuttle service was efficient (runs every hour). Overall it was an excellent experience. Many Thanks to all the team at Best Night 2 and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
