度過了一段美好的時光。從房間看到的景色很好。房間舒適又衛生。工作人員熱情好客，食物令人垂涎欲滴。總的來說是一次很棒的經歷。早餐很棒，品種很多，選擇也很多。

在大吉嶺看天氣的好地方。房間真好。食物很美味，我很感激我的住宿舒適而難忘，服務很棒，房間很乾淨，酒店成員非常友善和樂於助人。我再次訪問，非常感謝。

Please find below my worst experience at this hotel. I stayed in the new wing which is not in the existing hotel but on the other side of the road. The staff here is highly untrained and have no sense of hospitality. 1. When asked for mineral water, I was given regular water by the staff and they billed me for mineral water. 2. Asked for butter roti plain roti was provided. 3. Wifi was not working in the new wing. 4. Intercom was not working since the wire got cut during drain cleaning, but no information was provided at the reception. 5. Bed room had 2 pillars in the middle of the room which was blocking the view of TV. Pls check picture uploaded. 6. Old furniture is used in new wing. cheap quality mattress was used and quilt had molds. Mattress was rick hard and quilt was torn from the middle. 7. There was no reception or person available in the new wing when intercom was not working so I had to go to the main hotels reception across the street to ask why it's not working. 8. No medicine, medical help is available in and near the hotel. For basic medicine I had to visit the nearby hospital. 9. Room was lacking basic ventilation with no fan for air circulation. So it's my suggestion to avoid staying in this hotel.

Warm reception,Wonderful services , Best and fresh prepared food , extra polite staff , . Sweet &respect full behaviour of staff. Excellently clean ,senetised room service and House keeping . I will prefer of send stay of my family alone , if I am busy elsewhere this hotel safe and secure . Thanks to everyone in-House staff of Central Heritage Resort & Spa formerly Fortune Resort Central Darjeeling for care . I will suggest my friends and known for visit and stay in this Hotel at Darjeeing

HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE experience, trust me there are far more better and good options available in Darjeeling. We had booked 3 Deluxe rooms, however it turned out to be ordinary rooms. All 3 rooms window faces public toilets and all 3 rooms was nothing less than stink hole. More over no AC and Fan makes it more difficult. We saw dead cockroaches, live spiders and this made whole experience a nightmare. We requested for change of rooms, however were denied rudely by Frontdesk stating we are over booked. Don’t think the management here is any concerned about the experience of Customers. Inspite of knowing these issues they make guest stay. They are only concerned with profiteering out of this opportunity. Worst place I have ever stayed in my 20 years on a vacation with my family.

Our stay at Central Heritage Hotel was fantastic! The blend of heritage charm and modern comfort made it truly special. A huge thanks to Shree, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our visit. The staff was attentive, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Highly recommend for a memorable and relaxing experience!

we found the staff very humble and dedicated who showcased great hospitality throughout the program. The team of staff from the reception to the manager all the had good coordination among themselves which helped us to conduct the program swiftly and smoothly without any complications.

Warm welcome n upgraded room at reception by Ms Shree,Room service n food quality is very good. Reasonable tariff rates. The hygiene and behaviour of the staff is very good. Breakfast variety and quality is excellent.Centraly located . I enjoyed my stay here.

hi everyone here i am going to give genuine review on my stay with central heritage Darjeeling. Few points i am impressed with the services are 1. Wifi connectivity was poor that i couldn’t watch youtube videos at 144p quality. 2. For room service like asking for kettle or asking for water bottles you have to call at least three times at reception after you have to go physically then they will facilitate you. 3. My room number was 133 heritage club room where i was listening the walking sound from above floor every time 4. They have charged around 15k for 2nights but we can find the same property in ncr at hardly 2k. #999 oyo. 5. Wooden floor in the room was very noisy. 6. In the name of heritage they charged like 5 star property but you cannot find even single dental kit in the washroom. You have to call n number of times for basic things. Note - Overall stay was amazing!!

The only good thing about the hotel was the staff and their service. Mr. Lama was v helpful , a one stop solution for any issues , assistance required.. The website needs to be updated. Rooms displayed on the website are completely different from the actual ones. A former ITC group hotel but it disappointed..

I have made a booking at this place for my family couple + 2 kids via makemytrip. Due to some unavoidable medical reasons, I want to modify my booking now. In the confirmation voucher, there are 4 mobile phone number mentioned. 2 of these phone numbers are also mentioned in their website. I have been trying to call all the 4 numbers for last 4 days. No one is picking up any of these phone numbers. I have paid INR 54000 for the booking. I have never experienced this that the hotel does not even pick up the phone number for 4 days. Please be careful before you book this place. I would advise you to first make a call to the booking numbers mentioned in their website and see if someone picks up the call. I have never been to Darjileeing so can't say if this resort still exists or not or they have shut down operations now.
