Very pathetic service. Tv is not working. Toilet seat covers are broken, taps are leaking. Old rooms. No hot water.

Room was up to the mark but washroom was trrrible. Better option available at low price. Food was satisfactory

Excellent staff, neat and clean hotel, rooms are very big in size, food is very tasty and location is very near to mall road.

Very basic hotel at walking distance to mall road. Staff was very polite and provided good service. It was difficult to find direction on Google map as vehicles can't reach here. We had to take our luggage and walk on very bad road. First impression was not very good, but staff support compensated it.

The hotel is very neat and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Walking distance to mall. Highly recommended for everyone.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Just an awesome location, near the clock tower. Food quality is good and hygienic. Well maintained room service.

Please don't book this hotel totally waste of money. Worse services and all hotel staff are untrained and unprofessional. Lights quality are very bad totally shadow inside the on my entire stay and i have to change my hotel on next day. Food quality is very bad and very limited options for buffet breakfast. Food taste are very bad.

Very good hotel in a very nice location a little bit inside but all the staff and managers in the hotel are so nice and very well behaved you don't feel like you are in a hotel you feel like you are at home.
