Mayfair resorts are my all time favourite either its Tea Resort or Gopalpur or Darjeeling heritage. I stayed in all three properties. Mayfair's best past is its interior and exterior beautification.Foods and ambience is awesome. Recently I spent one day in Darjeeling Heritage on the occasion of my son's birthday. He enjoyed it a lot. We added dinner which was awesome.i always recommended my friend to stay in Mayfair.

I was here for 2 nights with my family. Out of Mayfair Gangtok, Kalimpong and Darjeeling, this was by far the best. Right from the start, the staff was extremely warm and hospitable. The check-in process was quick. I am unable to recall the room category, but we had the balcony room overlooking the property and the hills. Though the room size was a little small the view was spectacular. The rains made the property and the view even prettier. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs, the room service was very quick. This was the only Mayfair out of the three where we enjoyed the food. The spread was good, everything tasted very good and the servers were prompt and humble. The chef did a quick cake for Father's day on request. It is a 5 mins walk from the mall road and 10 mins drive from the zoo. The location is good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property in Darjeeling for its hospitality, food and location. The team has been trained really well.

Very nice stay , the food was outstanding and the service of each and every staff was top notch . A must visit for everyone who comes to Darjeeling for a holiday , am sure all will go out with lovely memories 👍

Best hotel in Darjeeling Good location.Beautiful maintained property.Staffs are polite and friendly.Very nice warm welcoming by reception at the time of checkin .Food veriety and quality also fantastic.Looking forward to come back again.

Great Hospitality, I will be there within December, 2023. All staffs are so polite, The Front Office ***ager, I had never seen in my seven times stay but he is always replies my phone, thank you Sir, I will contact you very soon.

Horrendous experience for a solo wo*** traveller!! My room faced Darjeeling’s largest construction site. The room was dingy depressing and dark due to buildings opposite under construction. Together with noise, heavy lorries, men working and crashing and banging, fumes from vehicles etc this stay was an expensive nightmare. £380 for 3 nights!! Do not stay in any room named “Anderson”. ***agement couldn’t understand what the problem was!! Very upsetting indeed.

Service is horrible, and the room provided did not match with my purchase. The room had no view, and a construction building was next to it. The pictures provided by ******* and their website are all wrong because, as they mentioned in the reception, only the suit room has a view and the rest do not. I requested an upgrade and agreed to pay more, but the reception staff was horrible and non-cooperative. The attitude of the ladies working in the reception is really something, and I will never recommend such a hotel for friends and family vacations. Room service was terrible - they did not provide the required things. I booked a room for three, so they were supposed to provide for three people. I did not accept an extra bed. They did not provide towels, cups, or other for three people. Every day I had to call and ask for towels, cups, and extra coffee packets. The only exception was food because the dining and food quality was good. I would not recommend anyone to stay in Mayfair Darjeeling. Honestly, there are multiple hotels around better than Mayfair.
