Good experience

Mayfair resorts are my all time favourite either its Tea Resort or Gopalpur or Darjeeling heritage. I stayed in all three properties. Mayfair's best past is its interior and exterior beautification.Foods and ambience is awesome. Recently I spent one day in Darjeeling Heritage on the occasion of my son's birthday. He enjoyed it a lot. We added dinner which was awesome.i always recommended my friend to stay in Mayfair.

I was here for 2 nights with my family. Out of Mayfair Gangtok, Kalimpong and Darjeeling, this was by far the best. Right from the start, the staff was extremely warm and hospitable. The check-in process was quick. I am unable to recall the room category, but we had the balcony room overlooking the property and the hills. Though the room size was a little small the view was spectacular. The rains made the property and the view even prettier. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs, the room service was very quick. This was the only Mayfair out of the three where we enjoyed the food. The spread was good, everything tasted very good and the servers were prompt and humble. The chef did a quick cake for Father's day on request. It is a 5 mins walk from the mall road and 10 mins drive from the zoo. The location is good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property in Darjeeling for its hospitality, food and location. The team has been trained really well.

Very nice stay , the food was outstanding and the service of each and every staff was top notch . A must visit for everyone who comes to Darjeeling for a holiday , am sure all will go out with lovely memories 👍

Best hotel in Darjeeling Good location.Beautiful maintained property.Staffs are polite and friendly.Very nice warm welcoming by reception at the time of checkin .Food veriety and quality also fantastic.Looking forward to come back again.

Great Hospitality, I will be there within December, 2023. All staffs are so polite, The Front Office Manager, I had never seen in my seven times stay but he is always replies my phone, thank you Sir, I will contact you very soon.

Rarely , I give hotels a 5 star rating but yes this facility deserves , right from our entry , we found the place , their hospitality , their food everything beyond expectations and I think , they are taking visiting guests seriously and whether it is room or the food spread they strived to delight customers , when I appreciated as a head of contingent that stayed in the hotel , they said their facility in Gangtok is better than this , I hope to visit with my family , you can stay here without much enquiries !

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in India. Has the best rooms with views. its 200 meters from Mall and in front of governors house. They give you grand welcome, make sure you are comfortable. Rooms are kept clean round the clock. Food is awesome. ample space for kids to play. The bar is also good. It was a relaxing holidays for us and i would recommend this property to all for Darjelling stay.

The beds inside the rooms are awful. Despite showing pictures to management (Mr Girdhari), they did not care nor change the room. There is no power in the shower. This hotel does not match the quality of the price paid. Having said that, restaurant staff and house keeping were extremely helpful. However I believe the management really require some further training in customer services, if staff under them can, why can't management. Overall, I would recommend this hotel only for food and beverages, not overnight stay. The rooms are extremely cramped, dirty beds with strands of hairs (see photos attached) and Luke warm water.

Our darjeeling mayfair trip was from 26th may -29th may. Mayfair darjeeling is small property when compared to the other properties of the group. We had stayed in Anderson block. The plus point of this block wS that the kids room is in this block and the minus point is thar there is no view from the room. The first day we arrived during hi-tea. They were serving masala muri and popcorn.. Our package included breakfast and dinner. Our first dinner was on 26th and the spread was not much when compared to mayfair siliguri or raipur nor was breakfast that great . We raised this issue and to my wonder their chef and F&B GUYS took special effort and gave us personally curated options.. special mention of CHEF ABU, MR. Bhuman and Mr. PRAVEEN. They made our stay very royal. They took extra effort and provided us with our liking and taste of cuisine. They even made us a small anniversary cake which was yummilicious.. overall our stay was very nice and that little effort from their side was enthralling.

The best hospitality, all staff are so well behaved. Best the ambience of the hotel, never seen this concept any where else. Most thankful I am for Giridhar Mohani to send me my left bag which had my camera intact well in time from Darjeeling to Gangtok. Superb effort.
