工作人員很友好，樂於助人。平均值很好，但有點貴。房間很乾淨。有幾位工作人員，所有的女性都很友好，樂於助人。

Comfortable stay with security for solo female travelers. Location was also great, near to Mall Road. Room was cozy and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative.

Location was my favourite! Cozy atmosphere. The room we choose was a family room with terrace and a super view of the city. One of the best property for stay at Darjeeling

we booked three rooms for family for two nights on 01/11/2025 and 02/11/2025. Hotel staff services and Manager are good. Food breakfast and dinner was excellent. rooms was clean and spacious. value for money.

Please reaper the lock in room no 504 as the screws are not there in the lock Handel . Nothing else it was a nice experience as the hospitality was too good

One of the best experiences, great hospitality. We were stuck in rain at some place very far away from the hotel, and they allowed us some additional hours even after checkout, made us feel very cooperative and understanding. That was the highlight, other than that, it was an amazing place to reside at a nominal tariffs.

We had a very pleasant stay with beautiful views of Queens of Mountain. Food and service was excellent. Staffs were very polite and onternational standard of behaviour and Hygene.. Awsome experience...the views from room.. ambience...behaviour of all the staff members are tremendous...from reception to spa facility...room service...everyone is very kind and helpfull...resturant staffs..Rojay Anuka Vijoy Pawan Edwin....last but not the least...the food...all cuisines were superbly delicious...they take care of each n every small things which is generally ignored in other hotels...everthing top notch...just loved it thoroughly....Recommended for all to visit and experience the luxury once.🥰🥰🥰🥰

Amazing experience. This is my second booking. Staff behave is really appreciative. View from the room is amazing. Food test can be improve. Suggestion- most of the tourists are Bengali so please hire a Bengali shef

We Stayed there with my cousin's for four nights the experience was absolutely amazing, rooms were clean the service was excellent and the location was perfect for us . My special thanks to ROJAY CHHETRI (restaurant captain ) who took care of all our food needs specially on the day of our departure ,he made sure we leave only after having our proper breakfast by coming before time to duty only for us . Secondly I am thankful to Mr KABINDRA GURUNG (unit manager ) for you hospitality and arranging our transportation so both me and my family could have a wonderful stay Thirdly the two trainee's who welcomed us with their big smile . I loved how clean and cozy the room was! The bed was super comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The staff was polite and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Summit Hermon to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
