A hotel pink mountain in Darjeeling with excellent staff,Highly recommended Everything is perfect interior was perfect staff is very supportive and helpful,very good and clean rooms and Jain food was very delicious.staff behavior is very polite.overall you will enjoy here.

Hotel Pink view mount Darjeeling is nice for vegetarian. Location is near to Mall market. Neat & clean ambiance at reasonable rate. Once should look to stay who is travelling to Darjeeling. Staff is friendly & helpful. jain food is excellent.

Nice and peaceful stay...cordial staffs...overall nice experience.the rooms are very clean with tasty food.. service was prompt. Location is very near to the mall.Hardly 5 min walking. Few rooms has hill view.......................

Beware of booking this Hotel, illiterate, frustrated, arrogant and big liar Hotel staff, we have done group booking and they are giving room on different floors and They charged us 5k per night, hotel is not worth more than 1k.View of Hotel just like u are saying in power grid, 100 think before booking this hotel.

A nice budget hotel with location walking distance to Mall road. Rooms are good and bed is comfortable. Hot water is available which is very important is such cold atmosphere. Important to note it is pure vegetarian hotel and breakfast and dinner were very good. Mr. Naresh Karki at reception was very supportive and helped for everything.

Everything is good Room service, food and the staff is also so helpful ☺️ Even Jain food is also available. I like the hot water most!! ☺️ And the best thing about the hotel is every sight seeing point is nearby, Mall Road, railway station, clock tower.

Hot water is an issue, location is good, hotel is a good location but some issues are there like not getting water hot water and cleanliness also used to be increased further more the food variety is to be increased well so that guest from various States may get good died

We had an excellent experience at hotel pink mountain. We were 6 persons.Rooms were spacious. Restaurent food was delicious. Chef had excellent culinary skills. Staff was most cooperative. We would like to come again here & suggest this place to friends

Pink mountain is one of the best hotel i have ever come across. The staff and housekeeping department is upto the mark and they are very cooperative. One of the guest in my opposite room fell down and was bleeding profusely. The receptionist naresh and makshood coordinated well and some other guest helped her to go to hospital. Makshood went ***** with them to hospital and the guest had stitches on the nose . The hotel staff were with the guest till she came back. Only improvement I think should be made is the flooring too slippery,so some antiskid mats should be their for the safety of the guest

The worst service we got in this hotel Mr. Jahangir FOM told us that they star hot water supply at morning 0430, he didn't inform his staff for the same my guest need to check out at 0600, Mr. Nares from reception he switch off his phone at time this is 100% unprofessional

Beautiful hoteI Pinkmountain. Very helpfull and kind staff.Good service nice and clean accomodation. Highly recommendable hotel.Everything looked really new when when I was there.. Excellent place to stay room were very clean and modern.Great breakfast and dinner as well

Nice and a overall Decent Hotel according to the price. Rooms are clean and tidy. Toilets are modern and they supply centralised hot water from 6-10 morning and evening. They give you Electric Kettle and tea bags, coffee and milk as complimentary.Food at JAIN GROUP HOTEL PINK MOUNTAIN DARJEELING is quite good and they serve Veg options.Room service is provided. Toiletries are also provided complimentary.WIFI available in every room. Staffs are quite friendly and cooperative. Car for Sightseeing is available. Overall a nice and memorable stay at this hotel. Nice food and Cooperative Staffs.

The entire hotel is the best place to dwell when in Darjeeling!!! Awesome staff awesome customer service agents and manager and the sweetest person I met in Darjeeling!!! Amazingly incredible service and food is delicious amazing service at room and all staff are super friendly!!!

The place is located in a nook in the Gandhi road, this making the location accesible to market. The place very small but newly built, so comfortable. But the management is unprofessional. I reached late after booking, they never called to confirm my arrival and upon arrival said there's no parking since I wz late. Although my room was in the mid of market opposite a construction site, I did get a clear view of Kanchenjunga from my window. Probably that was the reason I justified the premium I paid for an average hotel room for that price. The staff of Ok. Restaurant is also Ok type.not much to write home about.
