達特茅斯哈利法克斯爐石旅館精品酒店的評論

入住的這個連鎖酒店的位置實在達特茅斯，距離哈法市中心過橋需要10分鐘的樣子，但是就這10分鐘的車程可以便宜很多。酒店周邊是公寓，離超市Superstore也很近，周邊也安全不吵。酒店總共建築4層樓，1樓大廳，2-4樓客房，建築的2樓客房標記是1樓，我的房間是2XX，所以實際就在3層。大玻璃窗，視線很好，客房內基本設施雖然老舊但是夠用了。停車免費就停在酒店門口，出入很方便。我們訂的家庭房，2張大床合適，入住兩晚一家人都睡得很好。退房的時候，前台印度裔經理還説你這個APP上訂的價格比我們價格低多了。確實攜程價格是比較好，我當時也比較了另外一個當地APP以美金結算的，確實還是攜程價格優惠，（可能我攜程用得多累積的信用多了）總之還算較愉快的一次住宿體驗，性價比高。

酒店離機場行車20分鐘，附近只有superstore，其他不是很便利～但做為旅行結束選擇此酒店還是不錯的選擇。離downtown 有跨橋的距離，過橋費需付coin $1.25⋯

酒店設施挺老的，其他沒問題

Ice machine broken, tv didn’t work, mold on the wall in the bathroom and baseboard water damaged . Nice people working there though

Kitchenette is not available as was on our reservation. They do not have any rooms with that feature. Our room was not a king bed and had to get a room change. On our way out we discovered that although the door latched , it did not lock so our room was open the whole stay. Food for breakfast was not good. Staff was the only good thing at this property. Poor signage to find this hotel.

We were locked out of our room for over an hour. The staff fired their matenince staff that morning apparently and had to ask a retired employee to come to the hotel and open our room with a crowbar. After that ordeal, we were denied an upgrade or discount. We were offered free breakfast but already had plans for breakfast in the morning with friends.

Was happy with what I spent for the night. Having a Superstore with a liquor store near by. The hotel has a bar that seemed to have just “the regulars” in there so parking can be scarce for those just travelling through and needing a night sleep. How ever I hope they have the shower drain cleaned out as it drained very slowly and by the time your done your shower you’re standing in a tub of water.

The hotel is in a convenient area and not too far from Halifax. The price was reasonable. The property has had updates. What has been done is nice, I like that carpets have been removed from rooms and halls. The stairwell still has carpet and a bit of an odour. Some furniture is outdated. Lighting seems random, a hodge podge of styles. The doors have issues with closing, neighbours had quite a few issues getting theirs to stay closed. I had to use the security locks on mine. Bathroom cleaning could have used a bit more attention on cleaning floor. Had an enjoyable breakfast, waitress was very friendly and took good care of me. Love having free parking, complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate in lobby.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last 3 years. I found the hotel very run down this time and needs some work done to it. Elevator button sticks, elevator in bad shape. People had cigarette butts all over parking lot. Paint all chipped off doors and walls , hallway carpets very dirty. I was a bit disappointed this time and think I will try a different location next time.

We had booked a king room with a kitchenette. When we checked in we were told that we would be getting 2 queen beds and no kitchenette. The room was very different than what was pictured on Hotels ca. Very old and outdated, all the towels are heavily stained. The beds are extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. A straw bed would be more comfortable. Don't expect any usable wifi, we were on the 2nd floor with full bars and their Internet speed was under 5mbps. Couldn't even Netflix it was so slow. On the last night of our stay their TV service was disconnected because they didn't pay their TV bill. The shower made a very loud screaming noise, I'm sure the neighbors could hear me shower. Overall a very painful and uncomfortable experience. Avoid at all costs

We didn’t feel safe because it was down town and the buildings across the street were run down but others may feel perfectly safe. I was not impressed with the service at the front desk when checking in or out. Oh and the shower was awful! It wouldn’t let me turn on hot and cold water at the same time and the amount of water that came out would barely wash the shampoo out of my hair. The room was nice and clean very comfortable.

The area is sketchy around the property, ice machine was broken, sinks in room were mildly clogged and even with the AC unit on the highest coldest setting it was decently warm in the room. You cant hear the neighbors unless our in the hallway and the elevator is a bit old so it shakes a bit going up if thats a problem for anyone. The hotel does have breakfast but you have to pay for it like a restaurant, definitely worth the money food wise. The gym is in the basement, its pretty spooky down there and the treadmill and bike are out of order plus some of the weights are missing I'm assuming from people stealing them. I like the old look to the hotel but I probably wont stay here again.

It’s such a shame but this property needs a LOT of love and attention. The hallway leading to the 3rd floor smelled so badly it made me nauseous. Luckily our room didn’t smell and was relatively clean. The decor was unlike anything I have ever seen. Broken bed frame, ornate furniture of an oriental style … we laughed for 15 min upon arrival. The staff were very friendly and kind and helpful. But the area is sketchy and the inside of this hotel is badly in need of care.

Dirty sheets ask for clean ones did not have any available and no one to change the beds terrible odor We left and cancelled Room Do not stay there The desk clerk didn't even come to check the condition Offered us 2 sheets and one blanket.We had to drive home arrived home at 130 in morning
