海景房很好，視野開闊，還有泳池。樓頂落日酒吧很舒適，可以落日被前面的大樓擋住了，看不到

酒店中規中矩，房間裏面設施感覺最初設計像是養老院，衞生間安全設施齊全，不像是酒店使用。兩部電梯，到check out時間要等很久才能下到一樓。預訂可以不含早餐，單點的話每人15-20澳幣足夠，早餐非常簡單。

房間內設施與描述一樣但是給客户特意預訂是外景darwin harbour但是面向游泳池。 這個描述就不對了。5000人民幣的房間內下水道臭味令人難以忍受。就這樣? 另外酒店繁忙時電梯等待時間長。 價錢高於服務和設施。

We like it, stayed for 1 night overall good

The location is a bit off from central cbd but it also means a lot quieter . The rooftop bar unbeatable and the shuttle service tk Mindil Beach a big plus. However , I was not aware I have t in book because the line about booking so small. But no manual in room on washing machine and no instruction on where to put the trash. The pool also very nice

This is our second time staying here and we love the property. The only thing that lets it down is the breakfast... Food is always lukewarm... the hot water for tea/coffee is never boiling and the food itself... well there is room for improvement.. Also... a few spotlights over the bathroom mirror would be appreciated as the lighting is quite dull... Would we stay here again? Yes...

Overall Ramada Zen Quarter was great value for money. Not to complain but the bedroom and bathroom were both small in proportion to the large living area. The room was peaceful, overlooking the town. Staff were lovely and helpful. The cafe/restaurant and Zen Rooftop Bar were assets - spectacular views and wonderful menu. Thanks for your accommodation!

Good service, friendly staff, not great accommodations Dated building. Our bathroom doors ran literally into each toilet, scraping the bowls and the toilet paper holders were inside the cupboards as there is barely enough space for anything. I didn’t feel safe inside at night and was glad I spent the one night only. It is 3 star accom at best. Breakfast was fantastic as was friendly staff but was hoping for something a little bit different based on the glowing reviews of this place on this website. Location wise - no mans land and everywhere is under construction.

I loved the location and views from every side of the hotel. I also loced the pool and roof top bar. My only disappointment was than apon arrival we were told we could only access the rooftop bar if we paid $100, as there was a ticketed evebt that night. We were thinking as guests we had automatic access.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Zen, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We had a few issues with the room and the staff sorted it out immediately with no questions asked. Zen is very family friendly with a small playground and trampoline on level 3 and a kid's corner at the rooftop bar. Every afternoon there are also free canapes (chips, red sausages, rice, curries, lollies etc) at the rooftop bar which the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast was also included in our stay and a highlight each morning. The cafe has great options and excellent coffee! We used the fitness centre across the road which has great HITT style classes. The gym provided us with a free pass for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Darwin. It is walking distance to the city and waterfront, or it has the option of hiring an electric scooter if the heat puts you off walking.

Our stay was perfect. I was concerned about the late (early morning) check in but that was not a problem. Our room was beautiful and the cleaners made sure we had plenty of everything. The pool and rooftop bar with fun snacks were a hit. My elderly mother and her partner enjoyed a coffee at the cafe every day and were well looked after.

This is the perfect hotel. It is a new building with views of the city in all directions. My room had a glimpse of the bay as well as the city buzz in the day and lights at night. the room was pure luxury, with everything on hand from a coffee machine, robes, amazing bathroom products including mouthwash and dental packs and a make up mirror and super-comfortable bed. It was perfectly designed with the bed opposite a TV screen and with views from windows each side. I had 3 zoom meetings, and a very affordable $30 allowed me to check in at 10.30am instead of 3pm. The room had a table and power point that allowed an office environment. The check-in, bar and breakfast on Level 7 was convenient and beautiful, with gorgeous views. Next time I plan to dine in, and take advantage of the free G&T at 6pm. It reminded me of a designer hotel in Copenhagan that encouraged guests to have a drink in the lobby. The final touch was the luxurious pool with magnificent views over the city. I think it really is the perfect hotel.

First problem was the washing machine leaked everywhere and spread to the bedroom.My wife stepped out of bed and fell and hurt herself. This was passed on to reception but there was absolutely no care shown and no follow up as to how she was. Somebody came up quite quickly to clean it up but there was no mention when the machine would be fixed. It sat there for two days (we left) with a towel under it. Also the first morning we awoke to drilling and hammering either straight above us or next door. It was not stopping. Had to go down to reception to have it stopped.
