Greeting by a great staff member the first night breakfast we best options I’ve had rooms clean found some stuff from previous people in room the pool was very warm but myself and children noticed several things floating in the pool the floors everywhere could use a better vacuuming but overall had a great stay!

Déjeuner attroce fourmi dans le jus. Peu de choix. Il devait faire 10 degree à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Sinon la propreté était correct .

Woman at check-in counter very nice and friendly. Made me feel welcome. Heated pool was very comfortable. No hot tub but pool water definitely a plus. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast area was nice had a pretty good selection. Have stayed here before but had been a while. Reasonably priced.

I went with this hotel specifically for the jetted bathtub suite. My husband is very tall and can’t fit in our bathtubs at home. He was able to enjoy a nice soak in the bath tub. However, the room felt dirty. There was a squished fly on the wall with a blood smear. The furniture was broken and there were a lot of stains on the carpet and bedding. The mattress was very uncomfortable. All in all, we still enjoyed ourselves but got what we paid for. I wouldn’t stay here if I had had our kiddos with us.

Fabulous. Clean and comfortable. Everything in perfect working order. Very hot water, great breakfast, 24 hr. fresh coffee. Great location, five miles from the Hershey Chocolate Factory and Ted's Sports Bar is next door serving amazing food at a very reasonable price. I had plans to drive back to Baltimore but stayed here another three days. My compliments to the front desk.

El servicio excelente y muy buena limpieza. El desayuno excelente con variedad a escoger. Las habitaciones espaciosas, los muebles están un poco maltratados pero completamente funcionales. En general todo estuvo excelente, nos hospedaríamos nuevamente.

Great stay, felt very well taken care of. Booked 2 rooms which shared a door so we had our own little suite, and for a good price. Breakfast bar was very well stocked!

Chambre propre lits confortables,draps et couvertures blanches propres. Qualité prix parfait! Je reviendrais.

There was a bed bug in our room. Went to front desk during the night but she felt asleep on sofa but did not want to wake her up. Talked to a manager in the morning but he kept denying having bedbug
