赫爾希巧克力大道希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Hershey Chocolate Avenue)

The room was very clean. My family and I feel very safe and at ease seeing the room has been sanitized very well.

It was a nice property, but be aware there is no in room coffee. When we finally got to the lobby for coffee, there was only half a cup left after waiting for others to get theirs. Breakfast was average. TV didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal for us. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet, even with being by the elevator.

Never got the chance to stay. We attended the RV show and had the room reserved for the 13th but my wife was run over by a golf cart. We spent from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. in the emergency room . She sustained breaks to both ankles, a facial fracture and numerous abrasions. So, we spent nearly $400 on a room we never used.

Room was totally unstocked. No soap in their wall dispenser, yuck! Half a tool of TP (had to go and get housekeeper to get us some). Only shampoo in shower, no soap/body wash. Also, they let people bring dogs in that essentially ran a glorified kennel of no less than 3 dogs in the room across the hall, which of course barked until 11pm and then started again at 6am. No coffee maker, so have to go down to lobby for the free coffee/tea. Also, no ventilation at all in bathroom, so only a matter of time before this new hotel has mold throughout bathrooms. Location is convenient to HP, but in an odd residential neighborhood. Overall, not terrible but they’ve really *****ped things down to bare bones. It was clean well located, so that’s what really mattered. They need to shape up though on the things mentioned above.

It is so inconvenient that every time we need go to the 1st floor to get hot water/coffee. All the rooms’ floor are wooden floors and it makes sound when people running around their room and especially children. So it made me couldn’t sleep at all.

Room not clean on checking. Was told by cleaning they only 10 minutes to clean a bunch of rooms. Moved room. Very expensive property.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect for a family vacation and also business. 24/7 coffee in the lobby, breakfast was good, staff was very nice and friendly.

The stay was perfect! The room was super clean and fresh. Everything was comfortable. The lobby was a fun place to hang out, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Probably one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.
