I had booked a stay for 47 days. After 17 days of frustration, I left to move to another hotel. The biggest problem....lack of wi fi (internet connection)
The wi fi in my room was non existent. The wi fi in the hotel lobby area was spotty. Every night I had to go down to the hotel lobby, hook up my laptop and hurriedly do my work before the wi fi cut off.
Their own staff told me that they repeatedly told management that a lot of guests are complaining about lack of wifi connectivity, feedback falling on deaf ears.
Besides that, the amenities are ok, the furniture is old but functional, and overall stay could be pleasant if wifi was reliable and reached the rooms.
BTW I saw a huge rat sauntering down the hallway on the 2nd floor of the hotel

Good value for the money. Close to public transportation and convenient to access. Malls and restaurants are nearby and very easy to find. The room is clean and staffs are accommodating. Reception is ok. They're not ready for us to check in so we have to go somewhere for them to prepare the rooms but overall it was pleasant. Will come here again.

Good location, close to night market and good eats. But their was tiny ants in the room (leave a sugary drink on it for even 2min and they swarm quickly), leak in shower faucet, room service was poor tbh (maybe because I was still in the room but they only cleaned the bathroom and didn't replace any soap or toilet paper). Overall, I'm not a complainer and was still ok with my stay.

Multiple issues:
1. Advertised safety locker doesn't work. No one can fix it because "sorry, sir, it's new and we don't know how to use it".
2. The hotel didn't want to cancel my booking and get me the money back. I sought to cancel it because they sold me a booking with a safety locker but didn't deliver it.
3. The receptionist* is rude:
- she plays on her phone when checking me in/out,
- she shouts at me that the locker doesn't work and it's none of her business as a receptionist so I shouldn't bother her about it.
*It just so happened that before I reported the safety locker issue, another guest had a different complaint at the reception. The receptionist disguised the previous guest as well and didn't bother solving any issues.
