Probably new renovated because looks imaculate. Everything works. It's owned and operated by Asians, this probably explains why they keep high standards. Bedroom and Washroom are in pristine conditions and new, from AC units to door handles. I also liked that fact that each washroom has its own water boiler, small but efficient, no need to rely on the whole hotel demand and consumption. New windows as well, that actually open for people in need of fresh air. Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant, the whole family is involved in pane or more sectors. I only gave a 4 star due to the fact the the breakfast could have been more consistent. It's lacking substance. 2 eggs with a miniature sausage. And the charge of an extra egg or sausage its $1.50. The sausage was very tiny. Considering the price of the night at least the sausage could have been bigger or normal. Pictures attached. Otherwise all is good. Didn't have diner in the restaurant, I went next door to a place called Antojitos, reviewd separately, good food, normal portions.
