We stayed here for 2nights recently, in the family suite at the top of the hotel, lovely rooms and views out to sea from the lounge area of the suite, delicious breakfast, the Lammas special!! and such a nice couple, Rob.and Fiona, the proprietors. We will certainly be visiting again, the next time we are in Dawlish. Many thanks Rob. and Fiona.

Can’t recommend this B&B highly enough. Rob & Fiona are the perfect hosts, the rooms are large and really comfortably furnished and the breakfast is to die for. We would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

A first class stay at Lammas Park House. If you are coming to Dawlish look no further than this gem. Lots of lovely touches -fresh homemade biscuits in the room each day, warmed plates for the cooked breakfast. The breakfasts are top drawer. Well worth seeking out. Exceptional little gem. Fantastic guest house. Fiona and Rob are very welcoming and helpful. Reserved parking opposite guest house which was great. Comfy large airy bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows and everything you need included. Fiona bakes great cookies and leaves in your room every day. Within easy walking distance of the train station, that offers a great service to coastal attractions. Great breakfast choice that is cooked to perfection by Rob. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return..

Very comfortable house. We had two rooms with adjoining sitting room to ourselves. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Lovely towels. Top class quality breakfast. Lovely, friendly hosts. All in all I highly recommend Lammas park House. Also great value.

An amazing 2 night stay! Comfortable beds, large room which was beautifully decorated and a fantastic breakfast. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the little extras in the room such as home made biscuits, we're really appreciated. We also dined at a local Thai restaurant that came recommended and it was superb.

A fantastic break! We were treated like royalty at Lammas Park House, starting with collection by car from the Railway Station. Our room with very spacious with a stunning sea view. It was also a very warm & cosy room, vital for us oldies! Dawlish was a good location, & so was Lammas Park, & that's why we hope to return. Highly recommended!

Hosts Rob and Fiona extend a warm welcome and have thought of everything! Very comfortable and hospitable base to explore Dawlish and beyond with a great breakfast. We were there to do some coastal walking and had the added bonus of delightful weather. Really recommend this hotel!

We were greeted very warmly, both Fiona and Rob were lovely hosts. The room was spacious and facilities brilliant, especially the home made biscuits The walk in shower was great, even with a grip handle for those not so nimble. Breakfast was cooked lovely and a good choice of menu and also the cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

Fiona and Rob were excellent host very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were cosy and warm excellent breakfast with plenty of choice will use again .Ample parking space and easy to find near to train station and plenty of pubs near the beach with lovely walk into the warren. Teignmouth and Paignton, Torquay all in a train ride along the coast well worth taking in for the day

Lovely break at this super bed & breakfast. Our room was so spacious with a huge extremely comfortable bed, bathroom also amazing. The view from our room was the icing on the cake. 🥰 The owners Rob and Fiona are very friendly, also knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast offerings were delicious. We are definitely looking forward to returning.

Wonderfully comfortable beds and sweet treats!! Welcoming reception from the owners and great sea views to follow. Breakfasts to die for; cereals, fruit, yoghurts, compote, jam and marmalade and then breakfast!! Unusual choices outside the traditional full English. Smoked fish, black pudding, spinach! Excellent place to stay

We’ve just had the pleasure of staying here & throughly enjoyed it. Hosts were friendly, room was very spacious with comfy beds and spectacular views over Dawlish seafront. Lovely chair in window to enjoy the views. There was a good choice of cooked breakfast items, all cooked fresh as you ordered & all tasted great! Hotel was in a good position, up a hill but very close to the town. It had its own parking area just up road from hotel. Lots of little extras provided like homemade cookies/ macaroons and toiletries.. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely guest house! Fab hosts, views over the bay , breakfast, comfiest beds ever and the homemade apricot cookies were to die for! We stayed for Let’s Rock 80s Festival in Exeter and will definitely be back. Rob and Fiona are the perfect hosts!
