Very nice hotel

The room was big and clean

在我們住的 4 天期間，我們被可怕的****了，看到這種情況發生在 5 星級酒店或它應該是什麼……真是太糟糕了。 工作人員很友好，但酒店需要翻新。。

Un magnifique hôtel extrêmement bien placé, à défaut de l’autoroute qui peut être bruyant. Les chambres sont confortables, le spa offre une superbe vue depuis la piscine intérieure, la salle de gym est d’un rare niveau tant pour le cardio que pour la musculation lourde. Mais le meilleur reste un service haut de gamme, une ambiance digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles, notamment pour le petit déjeuner qui propose de la vraie cuisine ( manouchi au fromage ou zaatar a goûter impérativement, tout comme les omelettes et œufs pochés…) et un service certainement du a une école hôtelière d’ un grand niveau. On y retourne sans hésiter.

A very established and respectable hotel. The gym is second to none. The lady in housekeeping was spectacular. The F & B outlets are OK. Views to the sea and to Beirut are amazing. It is a bit out of Beirut, but highly recommendable

Amazing hotel, very royal, big and grand ! Excellent customer service, from the whole team from Lobby, restaurant staff, and room cleaners. Loved the breakfast buffer options too. I hotel hopped 6 different hotels, and this is in the top 2 of the 6 hotels I stayed at, for 3 nights. Thank You for an amazing experience.

Unprofessional team are leading the room service At 9:30 pm a guy enter my room with no excuse or permission and his proof was to clean. Disappointing reaction was shown from my side, not even was able to see a manager from theire side. Shame on such business level Le Royal hotel is on it now.

I typically try to find pros and cons to write proper reviews. For our stay at Le Royal hotel Dbayeh-Lebanon, along with my husband for our honeymoon, I simply failed to find ANY hiccup! Service, cleanliness, location, professionalism, friendliness, welcome, value for money, view, room, amenities, you name it!! Let alone the romantic touch and additions we were surprised to see as soon as we stepped into our room! Can’t thank le Royal management and staff enough for the amazing and memorable honeymoon experience they secured we cherish for years to come! EPIC, ICONIC, MARVELOUS, and still unable to express enough!! Couldn’t have dreamt of more for such a special occasion! My husband and I sincerely thank you!! Keep up the AMAZING job you do! YOU ARE THE BEST AND BY FAR!! THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏻♥️😍
