迪塔旅館(Ditta Panzio)

Arrivés à 18h, nous avons sonné après avoir cherché un moment (impasse en sens unique, pas de parking, pas de panneau clair) : pas de réponse, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois : pas de réponse. Comme nous étions fatigués, nous sommes allés dans le superbe Hôtel Mercure tout proche. Nous nous dirigions vers notre chambre, vers 19h, quand le propriétaire de la Panzio nous a appelés. Il n'a pas été aimable et il a refusé de nous rembourser. Nous ne savons pas comment est l'intérieur de cette pension, au 1er étage d'un immeuble qui ne paie pas de mine Mais nous sommes très contents de l'avoir évitée, même si le Mercure nous a coûté 40 euros de plus! Nous avons déjà dormi dans d'autres pensions de Debrecen, comme la Centrum Panzio, au même tarif.

Kein Hotel, sondern ein Wohnheim.

Daniel greeted us and showed us everything. The property is so close to everything, very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to everybody.

The room it self is lovely the shared kitchen and facilities are more the adequate. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The area directly next to the accommodation is a bit run down but on the other hand it’s perfectly located to the centre of Debrecen with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The biggest downside is the disco opposite that played really loud until at least 5am which really messed up what was up to that time a great stay.

The hotel was overall a nice stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a cheap place close to the city center. It is a walking distance from forum which is the main mall in Debrecen. There are restaurants and shops nearby. One thing I wish was that I had room cleaned daily, but for the price it is a nice stay. Also don’t judge a book by its cover because from the outside the building is very old and disheveled and there are quite a few stairs but the inside is very nice.

Very nice place, well situated, the staff is very nice, Daniel showed me the room and the rest of the apartment, referred me some restaurants and activities. I recommend
