As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL / KIDDIE POOL • Landscaping: Is done once a week. • Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, no cameras inside. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. • Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
