Excelente. Solo sugerir que debían proporcionar un pequeño espacio para brindar servicio de coctelería y alguna bebida. Además alimentos ligeros. Por lo demás excelente

I would not recommend this trash hotel to anybody. Even my worst enemy. It was my birthday, not only the hotel was trash, their services was down for about 2 hours. Lobby was full with people, messed up with everyone’s checking in time. And I asked the manager for more time since their computer were down, I was told by the manager no, he couldn’t give me extra time. It was not fair to have people checking late and not giving extra time especially when I was on time. When I finally checked in, went inside my room. There was a lot of thing missing and also my room carpet had a stink smell, and old carpet. I almost got hurt, there a blade on the carpet by the mirror. Very bad experience, I will never book with them and recommend this place to anyone.

There still upgrading.My room needed a chair and a light.Bathroom needed a vanity.The Best Western next door is alot better but this was $300 cheaper tor a two week stay.

We stayed 3 nights the staff was nice and helpful the hotel was clean and in a decent area . Overall I enjoyed it

Stayed at property for 4 nights was fine 1st night but on 2nd day was trying to change room due to water pressure in shower and tub. Spoke with customer service at desk was not only rude to 1 time but twice. Was told to fix issue would need to have the maintenance come to look at it first. I explained to representative at desk they I shouldn’t have to be bothered with this and they should just show me a few different rooms. I asked to see available rooms same floor and a few on lower to very if it’s pressure on floor my room was on or not. We looked into 4 rooms and finally found a room to replace it with with no water pressure issues. Manager stepped in and apologized but gave no compensation for inconvenience from employee and for this issue. Not happy with how it was handled from beginning to end.

It was quiet. Place seemed clean. Some of the staff was a bit rude and unpleasant. Overall it would not be my first pick.

The elevator needs maintenance and we had neighbors that had to argue at 4 in the morning but the rest of the stay was good , breakfast was good
