Service was not good, the was no inhouse restaurant although they mentioned about complementary breakfast and lunch, amenities and cleanliness was not there, will never book this again. Thank you

Understandable people, offer quality service, this is a fantastic hotel. Thier rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of dehradun as well as to the train station.

It's a scam. All amenities mentioned here will not be provided. Had to repeatedly ask them for even small things like water. Rooms were covered in dust and the bedding had stains. The owner was also very rude when confronted, which was also very difficult to do as i was not able to get a hold of him for hours. Had to constantly remind the staff to do their job, didn't provide a tv remote, didn't tell me from where to switch on the water heater, and most of all didn't provide breakfast till 10 am. When i asked them, they said the kitchen was closed, then told me they will bring food from some nearby local shop.

Linen stank and the room wasn’t clean. Ceiling fan had dust hanging down from it. The stay could’ve been better

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would recommend booking the room on a 'room-only' basis, as the meal plan was a letdown. But overall, I would definitely consider staying here again. *Pros:* - Comfortable and clean rooms - Convenient location - Friendly and helpful staff - Nearby to railway station *Cons:* - Meal plan was disappointing *Recommendation:* Book on 'room-only' basis for a better experience."

No breakfast provided inspite of charging for it.no water jug , not good for given price, okay for bachelor,not for family

Good for short stay. Location is convenient as it is adjacent to rely station and hill bus stop. Staff are cordial and responsive. Face problem with supply of breakfast. But ok.

Room is small as expected. Staff is rude. Not appropriate and bad experience in my this trip.
