Horrible. I was made to change my room every day. Probably the worst experience in the last few years with any hote.

worst hotel!!! no value for money… rude staff (even to aged people)… rooms are too small than shown in pics… waste of money!!!

The rooms were neat, good room service for food as well. The hotel is situated in a street among-st residential homes so it can be a little difficult to find if you are new/first timer in dehradun. But the staff is very supportive to help with tiniest of things

Property is very good but staff was very poor in communicate with customer. One staff says something other staff contradict. Very poor impression

Staff was very rude. Once i reached at hotel. They have asked me i am alone or with someone. I said alone. Then they give me room 102. Bedsheet and towels were directly. I have asked them change. Then some maintenance work was going on that floor. I felt really unsafe. Still i managed. Then at the time of check out. They show me some video in which bedsheet was burned by iron. . I paid 800 for that : also one cup was broken accidentally they charge 100 for that then i asked them to send me that video. When i noticed that room was not mine. Will not recommend that hotel for females again

Nice, satisfaction in terms of service, care, behaviour, expenses, access to reach from key centres in city dehradun. Behavior of welcome, restaurant and staffs are excellent.

The staff was extremely cordial and cooperative. There were all basic amenities except slippers. It would be much better if those could be provided for use in washrooms. The hotel reception received us with great warmth and hospitality. The stay was short but was made memorable by the hotel staff. Thank you makemytrip and hotel v one pride. Warm regards akhil kumar. We had faced issues regarding change of dates, which was resolved immediately by makemytrip customer care service instantly.

Overall, everything superb

Such a beautiful property, very nice ambience but they have struggled to provide water. I was standing in bathroom for atleast half an hour with shampoo head on for proper water supply. Other wise stay was most comfortable.

Food was tasty but price was too high. Hotel is located near k v imam and d av imam in prem nagar. Deluxe rooms were comfortable and room service was excellent.

This is the first time in my life i ever had experienced such a bad stay. This hotel is not at all a pride for. They have un cooperative staff. No food quality neither they have any breakfast lunch or dinner buffet as far they mention. There are lots of bugs and other insects that are full.
