I and my family had a pleasant stay at Hotel Gems Inn in Dehradun. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was up to a good level, and we particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast offered each morning. The only downside was an issue with the shower and running tap, which needed the attention and fixing. It would also be great if the hotel could be more proactive in responding to customer inquiries on WhatsApp. Thank you, Nicky, for making our stay pleasant!
