This hotel is a budget friendly hotel. Location is great because there’s quite some few things to do around, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They do offer breakfast but there aren’t many options however their restaurant is always open throughout the day. Cons: there’s water issues, Sometimes water just runs out and completely goes off. I found that to be an issue.

The service from the staff made it a pleasant stay. I’d suggest the Kings room instead of the Queens room. We ended having to stay one extra day and the Kings room was much more nicer and spacious. The location is near a lot of restaurants with readily available public transport to get wherever you need to go.

Had a ice experience, location is definitely a plus point of it. Cleanliness could be improved a little but all in all it was good. Breakfast options could also be increased as the menu is very limited. Also the indian dishes at breakfast do not taste that good.

Arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio da jaipur a Delhi avevamo prenotato questo hotel per riposarci bene e con qualche confort! per 120 euro (cifra esorbitante per l India). Eravamo Convinti di trovare una super struttura ! Appena entrati nella hall ci ha accolto un fortissimo odore di vernice epossodica, la stanza seppur molto spaziosa era umidissima e fredda (anche se va detto che in India moltissime strutture non hanno riscaldamento ), Il letto aveva una piccolissima macchia di sangue , così mi rivolgo alla reception , gentilmente sale un ragazzo con le lenzuola pulite ,ma nel cambiare il letto davanti a me , scopro che anche il copri materasso era abbastanza sporco , e gentilmente mi cambiano anche il sotto materasso!! Le note positive sono l’estrema disponibilità e gentilezza dei due ragazzi che facevano il turno notturno , ed il fatto che ci sta un bar ristorante nella hall aperto fino alle 2. Se avessi pagato 30 euro avrei anche accettato questo tipo di inconvenienti , ma a quella cifra il caro Proprietario che compare sui depliant sparsi nelle camere , se vuole essere un bravo imprenditore ed adeguarsi agli standard europei come la struttura vorrebbe apparire , deve fare molto meglio!

Wir buchten das Hotel, weil auf den Bildern so schöne große moderne Zimmer waren. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir in winzige Räume untergebracht, wo noch nicht mal genug Platz für zwei Koffer war. Es gab kein Fenster nach draußen, nur auf den Flur und die Räume entsprachen mehr einem Hostel. Die Bäder sind ok. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, obwohl nicht alle Räume belegt waren, was wohl an der fehlenden Flexibilität des Managements liegt. Es wurde nur auf unsere gebuchte Kategorie verwiesen, die mit 63 Euro pro Nacht absolut nicht billig war für Indien. Das Frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt und einfallslos und selbstverständliche Zutaten kosten extra. Wie gesagt, für den Preis inakzeptabel. *** muss hier die Suits buchen, die auch Fenster zu den Gärten haben, aber die sind ja dann nochmal teurer und haben das gleiche langweilige Frühstück. Finger weg von den Standard Zimmern - no go !

Not a lot, not less. The stay was perfectly balanced. The vibe, the food quality and service. They all were great.

It's located at hkv hub but it's in a narrow alley, studio suite is decent, however the rooms are over priced, there are two property of minimalist at this location initially i went to the other one but to my surprise the guy at the check in counter was too rude and was not even ready to guide me to the other property. Thanks to another lady at the reception who guided us. At this property check in was good so we're the amenities in the room but there was no elevator

Prejudiced by some negative reviews, was hesitated to reserve at last minute due to change of plans. However once checked -in, i had to change the mind. Awesome ambience. An accomodation arranged well harmonious with nature, greenery and birds on one side of the property. Well cleaned. Aesthetically set. Courteous behavior of staff (especially anushka. Though outside road is narrow and busy and bit dirty, the property is good and nothing to do with it. Small budget shopping centres are also nearby. Restaurant ambience and food are also outstanding. A peaceful place indeed.

I feel very good in this property and staff very helpful and i stay very comfortable and hygiene good and room are very clean.

Beautiful rooms, washroom are also clean. Service is wonderful, special thanks to mukul ji. Ambience is beautiful.

We had a warm check-in in the hotel as the person in the reception was very nice soft spoken and co-operative ! the restaurant was best for the gen-z couples as the environment was very friendly provided with many indoor table and crd games.

One of the cozy stays i had experienced. If you plan to enjoy the night life of hauj khas and also need a good nit sleep. You may definitely book rooms here. Disclaimer- for couples, surprise element awaits in the top floor, (single room) book that room and thank me later.

Wanted to see what is happening in ha-us khas village. This hotel is the closest. Spaciousand good. Very nice place

Had a good and warm stay at minimalist one’s kings room. My only suggestion is to do something about the floor-of the rook which looked dirty even after cleaning it.
