The Atlantic Suites on the Ave

What a great location. For spring break we hotel hopped the east side beaches of Florida from Orlando to Key West & we wish we would have just spent more time here! What we loved: our spacious, quiet room with 2 queen beds, a “living room” area with a nice sectional couch which included fold-out bed, and well supplied kitchenette with full-size fridge. Our room had balconies that over-looked the pool area. The pool area was quite nice. The location near the public beach, shops & restaurants was FABULOUS. The beach itself was our favorite of the entire trip. What was just Ok- some of the common areas of the hotel are dated and showing wear- elevators, hallways, especially. Smell of cigarette smoke in hallways. The young man who checked us in at front desk did not tell us we needed a parking pass for the attached parking garage even though we asked him where we could park & we got a stern message left on our windshield- but we did not get towed or ticketed & we obtained a pass for the 2nd night. Overall we were happy with our stay & would come back again.

I was charged a resort fee. This was no resort. I tried to sit at the pool but they were painting and making noise. Don’t stay here until they complete all of the upgrades

The staff was amazing and always helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. A little dated, but no problems. Fantastic location for food and a bit of shopping. Not too far of a walk from a ton of stuff.

Loved our 2 week stay. Comfortable like home. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Just what we needed. Relaxing but right in the middle of everything.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the nice young lady at the desk who make my check in very easy . She was very detailed orientated. I manage hotels as well and recognize good service . The room was very clean and comfortable

The property is in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel is quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the choices in the breakfast- eggs, sausage, make your own waffle, cereals and toppings- very fun for the kids. The pool area was great.

Was a great experience. Good conditions in all property. Easy to walk to dinner or beach. Great option to stay several days.

It was my first time visiting Florida, and all I can say is that I felt safe to stay at this Hotel, can’t wait to go back again. 🙂
