鶴海濱別墅精品酒店(Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas)

Wir sind so glücklich, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben. Bei der Anreise wurden wir freundliche begrüßt und konnten etwas vorzeitig einchecken. Die 1-Bedroom-Suite wurde gerade noch gewischt und wir betraten eine super saubere, herrlich frisch duftende, kleine Wohnung. Es ist super schön eingerichtet und farblich toll gestaltet. Die Küche (ebenfalls blitzsauber) ist super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist nicht sehr groß, hat uns aber vollkommen genügt. Die Dusche ist super. Kleiner Minuspunkt für die Matratze, die könnte bei Gelegenheit getauscht werden. Aber weil wir uns so sehr wohl gefühlt haben, haben wir trotzdem gut geschlafen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, das Wasser war toll warm. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell am Strand und genau so schnell auf der Flaniermeile mit tollen Restaurants und netten Geschäften und Galerien. Wir möchten so schnell es geht wiederkommen. Kleiner Wunsch: Es wurde trotz Rauchverbot von mehreren Personen am Pool geraucht. Hier wäre es schön, wenn das zahlreich vorhandene Personal ein Auge drauf hat und solche Gäste vielleicht auf das Rauchverbot hinweist. Es tut unserem wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt aber einen Abbruch.

This place could easily be rated a 4 star vs. 3 for the level you are receiving. We had an outstanding experience in a giant suite that was incredibly clean and well appointed. Everything was comfortable and the gardens around the common areas were perfectly cozy and well maintained. We never used the pools but tested with our feet they were warm and clean too. The staff was quite friendly. We never had to move our car either. There were SO many restaurants in walking distance and you are literally just one block from a beach entrance (if you go right, it is less crowded too.) Literally my only criticism was to add a few rugs in the suites so you didn't have sand on your feet when going to bed (nothing fancy - just purposeful). But they may have fixed this and it would make the suites even more comfortable. We'd return to Crane's in a heartbeat, especially given the price.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite and loved our accommodations. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the balcony off the main room. The location of the hotel is excellent and we were able to walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave and the surrounding area easily. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the desk even walked us to our room to make sure that everything was good. We will definitely stay at Crane's Beach House on our next trip to Delray Beach and have already recommended it to others as well.

When we toured our villa, the accommodations were not as advertised. The bed was NOT a queen bed, but what the manager called a “short” queen, which is 8 inches shorter than a standard queen. My boys are 6’ and 6’2” and the bed was way too short for them. I showed the manager the online advertisement and asked him to show me where it states that the pullout bed will be 8 inches shorter than a normal queen. In an obnoxious tone, he stated that the bed is a queen and that we had to deal with it. Furthermore, the pullout is rotated 90 degrees which makes it very difficult for the one who sleeps against the back of the sofa to get out of bed. Lastly, I noticed that there was literally no closet space for a family of four. I asked the manager for a refund on our deposit and he rudely said, no. We decided to find alternate accommodations since there was little room to hang/store clothes and horrible sleeping arrangements. For $1,000 a night, you would think the accommodations would be a lot better.

A unique and private get-away that makes you feel special. They thought of everything including the beach chairs. We had bubbling fountains on our private patio. The suites were very spacious. Feels like tropical home away from home. The furtherest away from a cookie- cutter hotel room - including original art and lovely decor. We also enjoyed the gardens and hand-painted murals. Really relaxing.

Very quaint and clean. 2 pools and fabulous sitting areas in the shade poolside. Close to beach and shops. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have difficulty with stairs request ground level. We had second floor and very sweet employee carried our luggage down the stairs and to our car.

Staff was amazing, helpful and very kind. The rooms are good and spacious , the place is quiet, very green of course, very clean, and the location is 5 min walk from the beach! Our room had a small kitchen and had all we needed to have breakfast.

The place is a little spot in heaven.Donot skip over this place.Cranes is beautiful,spotless and staff is on point.It would be a shame to miss this place... Go Everthing you need is right there ..you will have a blast!!

This was our second stay at cranes. We got checked in early. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. Pools were never crowded and tropical grounds . Best location and they give beach chairs! We love the full kitchen with everything you need.
