Welcome to the perfect lazy days! Our beautiful home offers beautiful Riverview view, private pool, spacious deck and screened in porch for all your Riverview enjoyment. When you’re ready to go down to the river on the community dock right outside, grab one of our paddleboards (3), kayaks (3 singles & 1 two person), or a fishing pole to enjoy the day on the water and just relax. The private gated swimming pool offers a relaxing opportunity to swim, sunbathe or just chill. Outdoor amenities include screened in porch for dining, Fire pit and grill with ample patio furniture make the outside space the desired hang out When you are ready to come in, the entertainment room with pool table, shuffle board table, and many card/ board games will sure to entertain everyone. Since we do not live here full time we do have outdoor security cameras at the front and garage side of the house.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).$150 nonrefundable pet fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Life vest must be worn by all who is participating in water activities, (kayak, paddle board, etc) Trash must be taken to the dumpster.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
