喬納森愛德華茲汽車旅館(Jonathan Edwards Motel)

Motel pas entretenu depuis des décennies , mal propre, mauvaise odeur , draps souillés , frigo avec de la nourriture , moisi et rouille partout. Tapis très sale , aucune couverture , savon déjà utilisé dans la douche et j’en passe. Je suis étonné que ce motel soit sur Booking

The Manager there Melinda is AMAZING! She was so friendly and sweet and VERY caring making sure I had everything I needed etc. And it's almost impossible to find such amazing customer service now a days! I'll be going back!

Absolutely disgusting looks like a old crack house. I am shocked this place is still in business. The walls had cigarette burns, dirt stains. so did the rugs also disgusting and stained, the furniture stained and so dirty. The dirty moldy air conditioner. I walked into a complete hell hole. It smelled horrible! I’d rather sleep outside. This place is in unbelievably deplorable conditions. This place should be condemned!!!! Sucks when you check in late and just want to relax and shower, but can’t because you need to look for another place to stay. I don’t know how whoever owns this DUMP can sleep at night. Now I’m fighting for a refund!

THE WORST PLACE TO STAY, and the manager MELINDA STATED SHE TAKES PICS OF THE ROOMS AFTER THEY CLEAN THEM EVERYDAY & basically that my pictures are not accurate even though they are time stamped & everything!!!!!!! THE MOST DISGUSTING ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN. Manager is rude & refusing to issue a refund upon us arriving & not staying due to the nastiness we walked into. Looked like the door had been kicked in, cigarette burns in the sheets even though it's no smoking in the rooms, food still left in the fridge, ac not functable due to how dirty it was, crumbs in the draws & the rug peeling up. Rug was so filthy it turned my kids pants black, and she told me the room is clean & she's offer me a new one, THAT WAS JUST AS BAD & that i don't get a refund cause her rooms are clean. NEVER STAY HERE, crack shack for sure

The customer service of this motel is terrible. The receptionist or manger in the afternoon of July 28 2023 was extremely rude. Instead of finding solutions, I was met with dismissive behavior, leaving me feeling unheard. They booked a room twice and her lack of empathy did not allow her to approve my refund, so they profited from double-booking within 20 min of the transaction.

TERRIBLE! I am a cheaply, so I don’t expect 5-stars when booking such places. First, I had to call to get service, which I got there after 10, so I get since everything closes early there. Then, I booked a king room, but am told they don’t have one available. Then I was given towels that were just done getting cleaned. However we told, the one has a stain on it, but it’s clean. I get to the room, which was non-smoking, and was accosted with a smoke smell. The restroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned (see pictures), to the point I used tissues as a seat cover. Also, the commode didn’t flush well and there was water on the floor. It was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t. It was by far one of the top two worst stays I’ve ever had. I will say the only pro were the kind ladies who checked me in and out. I am a firm believer in not judging a book by its cover, the reviews I read were not at all what I experienced. I couldn’t shower due to not feeling it was cleaned nor did I sleep well for the same reason. I am by no means trying to insulate all rooms were as bad as mine. I am not a bash a business person for no reason. I wouldn’t be sharing this if it weren’t truly horrible.

Staff was friendly and professional enough, room was clean and everything worked, but the room was uncomfortably cold and the bed so hard I could barely sleep. Paper thin walls so I could hear people arguing all night and day. Rates are cheapest in the area though, so there is that.

Room wasn't ready when I arrived at 10:30 p.m., room smelled strongly of smoke in spite of their "no smoking" policy, no heat even though it was in the 40s (was told that the owner wouldn't allow them to turn it on), no microwave even though it was listed as an amenity, given 2 very nearly empty rolls of toilet paper, a single very dim lightbulb in a ceiling fixture, dead bugs on the woodwork. I checked out after the second day and told them why, but the manager didn't know to issue a refund to my credit card for the remaining days. I was given the run-around for several days and then called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.
