Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

入住困難,晚上房間熱時沒有答案,單位空調沒有反應。 去了前台,前台非常擅長協助我們更改入住細節 - 但那裏沒有人,也沒有休息的跡象。我在外面街對面喝一杯,我和我在凱西加油站遇到的同事聊天,在我離開速8後25分鐘,仍然沒有看到任何人。 其他一切都很完美,但醒來三次汗流背,兩次打電話給前台都無濟於事,因爲其他任何時間都很重要,比如退房前的早晨;工作人員非常細心,但不是24/7

房間整體而言相當乾淨，且房間裏自帶微波爐。環境也不錯不過離周圍的便利店有些遠，建議租個車。服務還不錯，兩天打掃一次衞生，不過沒有一次性拖鞋牙膏牙刷梳子等。洗衣設施一次兩刀，烘衣也是兩刀，如果沒自帶洗衣液的話，一次性的洗衣包是1.25刀，這些都需要自備25美分硬幣付款。早餐衹能説對付一口得了，你還能指望白人飯很豐富嗎？

相當寬敞的房間，附近的有Bank, 7-11, 小型的market和一些fast food store，皆在步行範圍。

房間看起來有點舊,但是淋浴水力很棒。位置好

房間和航空都很棒。有道路工作,使我們有點曲折到霍耶爾。總體來說很棒

房間寬大，酒店位置絕佳，周圍有很多餐廳，早餐也很豐盛，大堂也有零食和速食可以買來吃，但唯獨就是感覺酒店比較老了，房間內空氣有點悶，通風不是很好。
