Our room was gorgeous and the bed felt wonderful! The shower was amazing and the staff extremely friendly! Great stay for the holidays!!!

Floors in common areas were dirty. Food & beverage spilled on floor and not cleaned. Lighting in initial room was broken, had to change rooms. In second room, couch located adjacent to TV so could not watch TV from the couch. No room decorations at all

The pictures from ******* showed a couch with a pull out and small divider between rooms. Our room doesn't have a couch. I asked if we could move to another room and they said the building is sold out and there are no rollout cots as indicated on the front door as they are all in use as well.

Stayed there as I visited our son at UNT. This is our 4th time staying there. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again

Newer hotel so very clean and nice. Booked 2 Queen beds, got 1 king with pullout. Had to ask for towels and blankets for pullout.

They ask for your card in the front desk most of the hotels if you go using ******* don ask you for the card
The firs receptionist was rude
They gave as a room that connected to other one and we didn’t like this you don’t sleep well thinking that someone can enter the room
