Residence Inn Denton

Its a great hotel to stay. It's very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only down is the $100 pet fee. I wish it was lower

Lots of parking and entrances. Access to a computer, indoor pool, exercise room, and laundry room.

Solid hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Only issue was the smoker from a room below us.

room clean, staffs friendly but room supplies are poor- no lotion, bottle water, shower cap.... Disappoint for breakfast.

The air wasn’t working properly and we changed rooms twice. They only offered points, no kind of compensation

Hotel was great. Although front desk attendant (white heavy set) was a bit rude. She instructed me to the black guy attendant which he helped me a lot so that’s good. Toilet didn’t work in the room I was originally given she thought I was lying and made a girl go upstairs to check. She wouldn’t gave the black guy a little trouble while he was giving me a new room. Check out morning staff was a guy he was really nice.

It was clean, couldn’t understand the front desk woman. She was using different accents and making jokes and it was hard to understand

Can’t think of single thing that could have made it better. Happy employees made happy customers.
