布魯姆公園酒店(Broome Park Hotel)

This hotel is sooooo nice! We got a lodge and it was clean and beautiful. The staff was so nice and they let us play snooker and enjoy the premises.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Broome Park Hôtel. Les lodges sont confortables et agréables. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine, faire du practice de golf et même jouer au tennis (même si ce dernier mériterait une petite remise en état).

From the minute we entered the reception we received excellent customer service from Rob, he told us everything we needed to know about our stay, he went the extra mile in making us feel welcome and valued as guests. The Manor House is spectacular, two roaring open fires in the entrance/reception area greeted us, with the art and decor it certainly gave us the wow feeling. Six of us stayed in a lodge, I say lodge, more like home, with everything you could need, full size fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board, three flatscreen TVs, all the kitchen utensils and dinnerware we needed. Lodge was warm, clean, and perfect for a special get away. Beds were comfortable and we all had a cracking nights sleep. We used the warm watered swimming pool and checked out the gym. Would recommend Broome Park Hotel and we will be back. Thank you

Lovely stay and amazing place nested in the middle of the countryside. Staff was lovely and breakfast + dinner in the bar was really good too. The only thing I did personally not find fair is check-in and check-out time, especially check-out is 10am and breakfast is until 10:30am which is quite unreasonable

Third time staying at this lovely hotel. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Only criticism is the bar area and restaurant can get quite chilly in the evening and lack atmosphere. Food is very good but more choice would be nice. Would still happily return as love the hotel.

What an amazing hotel! The room was huge, with a big canopy bed making us feel like we walked into a Disney fairy tale. We stayed at an exceptional cold night - so walking into a nice, clean, warm room was great. The restaurant on the other hand was cold, we wore our winter coats like every other guest. The food was a bit average, seemed mostly store bought. The staff was friendly, and the hotel historic. We did check the snow and ice covered grounds a little, I am sure they are fantastic in other seasons. Definitely recommend this place if you want a British, classic, Downton Abbey style experience!

We stayed in the lodges for our daughters birthday at the start of the month was so impressed loved everything about the place.highly recommend. We was that impressed we went again a few weeks later. Highly recommended

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Difficult to get in contact, given the wrong door code, bed smelled really bad, bathroom/shower very noisy, TV difficult to operate. I had a terrible night’s sleep and cut my stay short to just that one night. I raised my concerns and was told someone would be in contact but a week and several weeks later and no one has contacted me. Really terrible.

We did not stay at the property due to the awful state of the rooms. Old tatty and dirty. I am expecting a refund on this as it was not as shown or described.
