We had a wonderful time staying at The Acoma House. We stayed in the Alex Pangborn suite, which was so spacious, had large windows overlooking the beer garden across the street, and was light and bright and comfortable. The room was impeccably clean as well. Christina & Kaitlin also accommodated our early check in request which was so helpful as we were headed to Red Rocks that night for a show. The water and coffee creamers provided were also lovely. We would love to stay here again.

The Acoma House is nestled in a great walkable neighborhood. Parking was easy and the check in process was a breeze! The room was very clean and cozy.

I already rated on Google but here is my review: What a great little spot! It's downtown, and next to a bunch of museums and stuff to do. We were easily able to get an Uber to a show we saw at Meow Wolf and then caught a bicycle taxi on the way back! It’s also right next to a historic building with beautiful architecture and history. Within that building, is the Schoolyard Beer Garden and cafe - great food, drinks and coffee! The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. As an added bonus, it was gorgeous with the artwork and decor! We had everything we needed in the room and more! On top of it, service was great – they communicated very swiftly when we ran into a snag with parking – NOTE: The website mentions discounted parking for the lot right next to the hotel, but that has been shutdown for reconstruction. We were still able to find parking in the lot across the street, but we did not get a discount (just in case this matters to you)…but they made up for it by allowing a noon checkout and just being a great place overall! I’d definitely stay there again.

The space is beautifully decorated. It is spacious and every detail works together to make this an experience in artistic creativity.

Easy check in, comfy, unique, central, will stay again

I left this review on Google already, but wanted to make sure I dropped it on TripAdvisor as well. I wish I had taken more photos while I was here because oh my gosh when I tell you stepping into this building is like walking into an art exhibit! Even before you get inside, the murals on the exterior are breathtaking. The building is nicely secured, and wonderfully welcoming, playing smooth jazz as you enter the front door (this was so charming for some reason haha). The pink doors, the well-kept common areas, the gorgeous and unique rooms! I could go on and on about this place, but I’ll spare you the details and just simply say: please book this place! Whether for a stay-cation, or for someone visiting from out of town. You’ll be comfy in Capitol Hill area, which is close enough to downtown that you’re not missing much, but quiet enough that you’ll get great rest.
