Secure courtyard entry from private garage (note that oversized trucks or SUVs may not fit) Great for extended stays: full kitchen with pantry. Full bath with walk in shower. Large bedroom with organic King-sized mattress. Living room with smart tv and a comfy sofa (is appropriate for kid/3rd guest sleeping), and a fold down work or dining table cleverly hidden in the armoir when not in use. Two closets plus exterior storage if needed for gear. The carriage house is great for romantic and cultural getaways, only one block from Denver Art Museum, cafes and coffee.2 blocks to Clyfford Still and History Colorado, The Art Hotel, Civic Center and the Capitol building. Walk to the Convention Center (.8 of a mile), Larimer Square and Union Station downtown or west to the Santa Fe Arts District. Easy 20 minute drive to Morrison for Red Rocks concerts. Ideal for longer term executive relocation or travel nurse stays - only a few blocks' walk to Denver Health Medical Center.
