這個酒店距離機場大概10幾分鐘。飯店有提供機場的接駁車接送服務。房間跟廁所都很乾淨,前台服務很熱情。

I was not informed about the shuttle upon check in, I took an uber to the hotel. Fast check in upon arrival. Returned to the hotel around 1230a after a concert in downtown. My room key did not work. I went to the desk and informed the overnight agent perhaps my key was demagnetized. This is where it got a bit wonky. The agent told me it was not my room and the ID I handed her did not match the name on the room. I told her my bags were already in there, she could send the overnight porter up with me to verify my bags. She told me no and proceeded to argue with me, which was disappointing. I had to dig out the reservation receipt on my phone, she proceeded to call someone in the back office for 10 minutes. Then she returned, re-keyed my card, and said 'here ya go'. This was it. Housekeeping woke me up at 8am on Saturday.

Reasonable rooms/beds. They advertise a shuttle to the airport. Checked in and asked about the shuttle and they gave me details. In the morning I find out there is a sign up and the shuttle is full. No mention of a sign up by the staff that checked me in and no apology or anything from the morning staff.

This facility was way more run-down that it appears on this website. Its old, it smelled (hallways, elevator and room), the front desk staff was taking a personal call instead of checking me in (plus wiped his nose and then touched my ID/credit card), bathroom towels were dirty, the room was not clean (very dusty, food stains - I hope - on the walls), the shade was broken in the room, the lighting was dim in the hallway, etc. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. That's all I have.

Horrible shuttle service during the day. Always 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule... Long interval waiting periods even after informing front desk about airport arrival time. Only courteous and hospitable front desk staff was Alison, Christine, and Andrew. Always greeted by them, with smiles. At night, requested sheets, blanket, and pillow for sofa bed. Did not receive a fitted sheet and cover sheets had menstrual blood stains on them...did not see the stains until the morning. Also, the day shuttle driver, that was always late, had two customers (married couple) share the passenger seat next to him... Because they didn't want to wait for another late shuttle. Upon my arrival, I tried to repeatedly call the hotel about the late shuttle but no one answered at the front desk. After I arrived at the hotel, I was told the phones had stopped working and had to be reset. On a good note, both Joann and Scott, at the hotel restaurant, were exceptional and courteous.

I was initially allocated a room which was incredibly dusty. It seemed like they only had changed the bed sheets and washed the bathroom counter top. The carpet was full of dust, food and dirt. I therefore went down to the reception to get a new room, hoping that the first one was just bad luck/that they had forgotten to wash it. I was then allocated a room which was even dirtier. Carpet, walls, doors, moldings and more were full of dust. As an allergy sufferer, I had no chance of sleeping there. I spent an hour before going to bed washing. Definitely not recommended!

Terrible experience with hotel shuttle. Waited over an 1.25 hours for pick up by hotel shuttle. Arrived around 10:50 pm, followed signs to hotel shuttle area. called hotel to check on shuttle pickup and told that it will arrive around 11:15. After not seeing shuttle, called again and the operator asked if I was at red shuttle pickup area. I was at blue pickup area. Operator said they only pick up at red area. No where is this listed on hotel confirmation and first operator failed to mention. I maneuvered my way through Denver airport to red pick up area on other side of airport by 11:30 pm. Called hotel operator again to check when shuttle would come. Told that it should arrive 11:40 pm or 11:45 pm. I called hotel again at 11:55 pm to see if shuttle was arriving, since at this point I would have been happy to call for an Uber, but operator told me that it’s on the way and just a little delayed. So my 12 year old and I continued to wait. Shuttle arrived at 12:15. shuttle driver asked if this was 12:15 or 11:45 shuttle, and he said this was 12:15 since he took a dinner break at 11:45 pm so there was no shuttle. He said that he informed Hotel. Although I have no issues with a driver taking a dinner break, I was really upset that the hotel told us that he was on the way and no clear instructions on pickup area. Why would anyone from out of town know there are 2 different pickup areas? This experience was relayed to person at counter, who mentioned he will speak with driver.??

Could not control temperature in room, very hot. Was not informed of the $100 NON-refundable pet fee. Will not stay here again. Front desk not informative about internet service

Getting the shuttle gas been awful. Staff rude. Waiting still for 45 minutes for a shuttle. Hilton Gold and can’t get a digital key or a shuttle. Terrible. Will never pick this again

Clean hotel with airport shuttle service but room was pricey for quality and the breakfast wasn’t free and wasn’t great , but the waiter at the breakfast was very polite and kind .

This place is a gem!! Girls at the desk advised to take rental car back that night because of high traffic at the airport first thing…little things like that make a trip successful !!
