Upon checkin, the front desk didn’t explain the benefits of Amex platinum clearly, the benefit of resort fee was not explained as well as other facilities in the hotel. Although the front desk staff member was nice, but I feel the lack of information provided. The room has a full bath which was wonderful. It is in walking distance to all shops and whole food which is a bonus. My room wasn’t upgraded from Amex platinum and the room has no view. Decor is modern. Bed is very uncomfortable, has a king size bed but I think queen size pillows. The bathroom was not perfectly clean as there was hair on the floor. Food at restaurants was expensive and just okay, portion rather small. Breakfast service seems rushed and quality and taste were standard.

We just came back from a beautiful long weekend staying at the Clio Hotel! It is one of our favorite properties in Denver. Cherry Creek is our favorite area and the access to shopping and amazing restaurants is unbeatable. When we checked in we were greeted by Jean who checked us in and upgraded us. He was the most delightful young man. He was so gracious and took care of us all weekend. He even helped us change rooms due to having our son join us for the weekend! The service staff at every turn is amazing. The bar tenders at Toro were attentive and amazingly helpful. The food is also great at Toro! We love this home away from home. It is a beautiful property that is modern and elegant! We cannot wait to return soon. Thank you for a great time!

Surprise stay for my birthday and Hotel Clio was lovely!! Brandon welcomed us at the front desk and was a delight. He provided excellent customer service with a smile and ensured our stay was perfect. Calming lobby with very clean and spacious rooms. Ideal location.

Very good service from Jake and Eddie thank you very much.Very kind they took the vehicle at the door very nice will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family keep up the good work guys. Mira at the front desk is awesome she handled everything very well.

I have stayed here for 6 years in a row and it never disappoints. Great staff many of whom are long term employees. Excellent service, very classy, clean comfortable and an amazing location. I don’t think any other cherry creek hotels compare for the price you pay. Clayton down the street is more expensive and awful

Jay, Aaron and Eddie were so great. They need a raise, no seriously. These guys are awesome and always have high spirits. They make sure to not keep you waiting for long. I appreciate that! The front desk guys are also good. Maybe it’s the hiring manager that’s doing a good job?! Thanks for the kindness.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this hotel is. From being checked in by Mr. Schirle to Eves recommending that we try the ribs at The Cherry Criket, we felt right at home. The rooms are impeccable: Large, well appointed, cool air temp in room, and hot water on immediate demand when you take a shower….. this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back.

I haven’t written a review in a very long time, but we loved our stay at the Clio, so I was compelled. The lobby is beautiful! They have lemonade and iced tea and water in the lobby during the day (which we needed after a hot day out) and coffee . When we checked in, we were offered sparkling rose and bottled water. The 9th floor room was beautiful with a Mountain View - we saw a beautiful sunset. The hotel was in the perfect area for us- great restaurants and late night spots within a 2 minute walk. Shops if you are into shopping. Nice clean, safe area. Easily accessible to downtown Denver (we rented a car), or wherever you are traveling to. We drove around downtown Denver (and made stops), came back to the hotel to rest and then drove back to a concert at mile high stadium. Very easy (we traveled on a weekend). Was looking for an elegant and hip hotel, this fit the bill! We would definitely stay again, and will recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. Brandon at the checkin was very helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. He is an asset to your hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back. The hotel was clean and has a wonderful restaurant called Toro.

We are lucky enough to travel a lot. This is now one of my favorite hotels ever!! It’s clean service is excellent and so is the ambiance One thing that really counts in my book…is we actually feel at home here If you ask them to clean your room early…they actually Do!! If you travel a lot you find that’s rare Couldn’t say enough wonderful things!! Bar is great….area is amazing J

On of my favorite hotels in Denver. I've stayed at several locations in downtown and this is my favorite stay for business. The staff and the valet team is first class. Eddie and Aaron are always so welcoming. There are many wonderful restaurants with in walking distance and the mall is just across the way.

A friend and I spent over a week here while visiting Denver. It is an excellent hotel with an emphasis on service. Jessie, the manager, helped ensure that accommodation was above our expectations. George, the concierge, as well as the front desk team were helpful and friendly. The valets, including Nick, Eddie, Tyler, Larry, and many more, were always quick and professional. The room was always impressively clean.

The level of cleanliness does not come close to a luxury hotel, or for that matter, a standard Marriott. When we arrived, our bathroom was not clean and it was obvious. After we called the front desk, the housekeeping staff did clean it, and discovered that the original housekeeper did not have the right "roller" first time around. Also, we were there three days and the hallway was never vacuumed as we could see the same debris over our entire stay. There is more. We reached out to provide feedback during our stay (they never responded to an email) and after we left. The hotel responded to the second email, but the response was pretty much "sorry".
