We mad e the trip to Denver to attend a concert at the nearby Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre. I was traveling with my daughter and her fiancé, so we were very pleased to find an affordable place to stay that had private spaces that were still shared. The hotel was clean and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The staff was very nice, but the place in general seemed a little rundown and in need of refurbishment. When I think of Marriott, I think of a better than average place to stay and this one is just average.

It was nice. Room could use a few touch ups where the walls were dinged. And some signs. we had a small problem finding it. the hotel address, in google, took us to the chilis by there. otherwise ok stay.

Walking up to the place, I was pleasantly surprised by th exterior. Very nice. My problem was both the check-in and check-out personnel. Borderline unfriendly. It was a chore just to get them to talk to me. It kind of ruined my stay.

Property was interesting and a nice change from typical budget hotel. Some fixtures could use updating (common doors, elevator) but the condition was more "charming" than "shabby".

Very noisy. Homeless walking through parking lot all hours. People scream and yell all night. Walls are super thin could hear people arguing. Overall clean but expected better.

The hotel's public areas are in bad condition and are not clean. The room was not as bad, although the tv did not work and windows let in a lot of noise from the highway nearby.

The only thing good I can say is Alison at the counter was wonderful. Too bad she works in a disgusting hotel. I checked out early and went to another hotel
