The room was so loud, could hear flushing from other rooms all night long. The bathroom sliding door was so hard to operate had to use the bathroom with the door open. The alarm clock was plugged into same outlet with the lamp that was operated by a wall switch so powered off along with phone charger when turned the light off for the night, luckily I had a backup alarm.

The condenser on refrig was broken. Loud noise all night, so couldn’t sleep. Finally fell asleep at 2:30am up at 4am. Froze food I put in frig that was suppose to go on plane with me. TV/remote didn’t work. I left a list with the hotel. It was miserable and I would like to ask for a refund or partial. They couldn’t do anything at the hotel. They said I needed to contact you due to the third-party booking.

No housekeeping, no heat in room and no extra blankets at hotel, front desk lied and told us hotel was full until we kept complaining about the lack of heat and then, after 3 calls to them, a couple were available at 1:00 am!!!

I checked in at around 2:30 pm eastern time and the front desk agent was so gracious and professional and attentive(I wish I could remember her name I apologize for that). Also my shuttle driver was excellent he was working the same shift. He was also Very friendly and professional. All and All my stay and Transportation was Exceptional! I can't wait to return and I hope that those two are there!!

デンバー空港周辺への宿泊を考えている方にはおすすめです。空港とのシャトルバスが往復共に頻繁に出ており、空港へのアクセスはとても良いです。
ホテル周辺は、街中ではありませんが、アジア系レストラン、ファストフード店、コンビニ等もあるので、１～２泊であれば特に不便はないと思います。
簡単な朝食もついており、サクッと食べたい人におすすめです。部屋も清潔で広く、作業机もあるので、出張者にもおすすめですが、一点、暖房があまりきかず、部屋が寒かったのが残念でした。
