This is the second year I went to Denver for conference, and chose Kimpton hotel for this trip. I really like it as the lobby is very cozy and nice, perfect for hang out and having meetings with guests. The room is also very spacious, much better than the hotel I stayed last year that's 5 mins walk away. The hotel staff is helpful.

The original room I was given was awful, like a dungeon! Window was literally feet away from a parking garage, where if the shade was open, cars and people would be looking right into your window! And No sunlight at all. Buyers beware! However, I asked for a room change and was given a beautiful, spacious, comfy room.

This place has gone down hill since I was here in 2019. Will not stay here again. For $500/night you get no place to buy drinks and snacks, no room service, no internet tv, bar and restaurant that close at nine. If I’d have wanted this kind of service, I’d have stayed at a Hampton Inn for 1/3 of the money. Very disappointed.

With this being a Kimpton property, I guess I was expecting a little bit more. The rooms were smaller than a normal hotel room. The building inside and rooms are old and seem rundown. There was also no heat in the rooms. Woke up with a sore throat due to old ventilation.

Great room/hotel decor/ambiance, the room was large & the soaking tub was great. Bathroom floor could be cleaned better. It would have been nice if the restaurant had dessert options.

Check in time is 3 and we had to wait until 4:30 to check in. The next night, Pres. Biden stayed at the hotel and we had to go thru crazy security, were not allowed to leave our room nor were we allowed to eat. It was AWFUL....and no one said a thing to us. We had to leave our car in the middle of a protest.....It was an incredibly awful experience.
