丹佛中央 - 阿瓦達郊區長住套房酒店(Suburban Studios Denver Central-Arvada)

Stay was excellent and service was great I enjoyed it and the washer and dryers are pretty cheap

I booked two days here and there is nothing on the third party website I reserved/ pre-paid the rooms on about how they have a “no locals” rule including a specific list of zip codes that they do not allow based on the proximity of guest’s address on their driver’s license. (This is also not mentioned on their main website.) I was still charged for the two nights even though I was not permitted to check in and was told by their front desk clerk that I wouldn’t be charged. However, I was still charged the full price and had to go through an extensive amount of 1-800- customer service calls to get my money back. Huge waste of time but at least I got an email from them asking how I enjoyed my stay!

Stayed multiple times for work, first couple were just ok but last one was terrible. The back door wouldn't lock, the staff was rude and refused to assist with needed items like towels, room was dirty-ish and the bed was a makeshift bed that was as hard as a rock!

I've been living in hotels for the last 6 months and this is the first one that was comfortable. Best hotel, lots of room, can't say enough!

The floor was filthy, but otherwise the room was ok. There were noisy people almost all night, and our purpose for staying was to be ready for a child psychology appointment nearby in the morning, so it was not super helpful to have people talking loudly and playing a guitar all night. I don't think there was a night desk employee and there were a bunch of contractor trucks in the parking lot. They also wanted my wife's ID when I checked in because they don't allow guests from their zip code or the surrounding ones. The desk clerk at check-in was personable. Really good casual Mexican restaurant nearby.

The bed is dirty . I had my face swollen the female black manager is so useless . I show her my body and I feel I need to get my lawyer cos I was treated badly . I have the pictures with me . I couldn’t open my left eyes for days . That place need fumigation. The spiders are deadly . The black female manager that looks like a man is untrained and unprofessional for the job .

Front desk staf was extremely rude, not just to me, to EVERYONE, with me, very argumentative and juvenile in witnessed interactions with multiple people, on different days. The person just acts like they hate their job, don’t want to be there, and f you for being the one standing there needing assistance.

Kendra is such a big help! She's great! Robin anf Maintenance are great but Management isn't very friendly! The property smells and they dont clean your room if you stay over a week. They say the property is non smoking but it smells like cigarettes! The beds pillows and blankets are awful so be prepared to bring your own!
