Great room - very clean and good in room facilities - very comfortable bed and clean bathroom - very poor parking facilities - most disabled spaces full of trades Vans (no disabled pass) and no general spaces available - ended up parking in no designated space alongside shipping container ( Vs up on grass verge which some did). Check-in was painful - as wasted 30 mins being told we were not registered there only for staff member to recognise the system was logged into St Austell - then hey presto..... But room great and great price

A longer walk than usual to the train station but that’s the only downside. Close to Sainsburys, Costa Coffee & McDonalds. Also KFC and Burger King not far away. Derby Arena and Pride Park stadium 15-20 min walk. I recommend the riverside path for walking. Lovely setting and goes on for a few miles.

Great welcome from ami on the front desk, Always smiling !! Nothing is to much trouble! All staff are accommodating great food ! Highly recommend!! 5***^^ great service in general! Will definitely stay again maybe next week!!

The service is second to none, Ami in particular goes above and beyond everytime I stay here 👌 all the staff are always helpful and cater for your needs, the food is good and the beds are always comfy, just one negative, some of the rooms are due for a refurb

A very comfortable nights stay. Some delays at check in and breakfast but Stuart stood out as being really friendly, helpful and customer focused from reception, to towels to breakfast, he even checked upon us as we left. Thank you.

Despite having to cope with a group of marauding parents and their children, who were staying over from a football tournament, the staff were absolutely brilliant. In particular I would like to say thank you to Chloe, Lauren, and the other two members of staff who were really supportive when called upon. Thank you guys, my family and I really appreciated your commitment to still offering a sterling service despite others making your work difficult. You did not allow the behaviours of others to prevent you from delivering a completely professional service. We look forward to returning again in the future.

room was nice. shame the bed wasnt better made. only 1 pillow each but had 2 spares in a bag. tea tray poor. only 1 of each tea, coffee and 2 of each sugar. yes there was more to collect free at reception. only 1 hand towel and 2 small bath towels for 2 people. breakfast was lovely. stuart went above and beyond to make sure there were no onions in hash browns as im allergic. the whole breakfast was amazing and keep.us going for our long journey home.. location was fab.for our venue. stuart, claire and the staff made us feel very welcome

I would like to praise sasha and Stuart for the way they handled the evening. they were extremely understaffed, they never once stopped. they was bombarded with complaints regarding waiting times for meals, they did more than anyone could of done to please customers. an absolute amazing performance they stopped the ship from sinking. sasha stuart thank you

Visited with family for breakfast, we got a very warm welcome from the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. A special mention for Simon, Louise and Saunders the Chef in the restaurant. They were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They were helpful and polite and assisted us with everything we needed. A lovely and welcoming team. There was a great selection of hot and cold food which was well cooked and plentiful. Good selection of hot and cold drinks too. Everywhere was lovely and clean. All in all it was a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend a visit even if it is only for breakfast. Good value for money with a warm welcome.
