花了半小時入住，雖然態度很好 相當於國內漢庭，用具齊全但是都很老舊 浴缸加分，可惜花灑不可移動 暖氣很暖 但是不能定時 床墊很高 算是有支撐 網速很慢 太慢了，走廊和房間有黴味 9.5鎊的早餐比較一般，但是服務態度相當不錯，而且可以打包一份早餐走 有熱水壺和咖啡茶包也很加分

Last minute stay, room was very comfortable with a bath and a shower available. All the staff were friendly and helpful, advised me to book online to save money Great nights sleep and good evening meal and breakfast at a reasonable price. Large well lit car park and convenient location made it a perfect stop over. Check out was noon so no rush in the morning

If booked ahead rooms here are very affordable and thankfully convenient for Mickleover - if you are going into the City Centre then it's 12 mins drive in moderate trafffic. We have been staying here for years and it's true a few of the rooms are yet to be modernized however the majority are very modern and comfortable. The Beefeater has closed but there is a little bar doing bar snacks and breakfast which is very cosy - all the staff from of desk and bar are really friendly.

We were visiting friends and so decided to stay at the premier inn. To be honest it is very tired and needs a lot of work and a big cash boost or something. The beefeater next door has shut and looks really bad so this doesn’t do anything for its image. The room was smelly and there were holes in the towels. Hair in the bath and on the bathroom mirror didn’t help. Thank god we only slept and got out as quickly as we could in the morning. We came back late at night on our second night and the staff were outside having a smoke break which you had to walk through. Would not recommend or stay here again. There are lots of other choices in and around derby.

Good stay, great location for Anfield as we came up for the game and had to drive as trains on strike ! Easy access back onto the motorway for the long drive back ! 10/15 mins into town as well, easy to get an uber not so easy to get a type of cab back from anfield !

I’ve always found this premier inn so welcoming. Lovely customer service and nothing is too much trouble. The two ladies who served our breakfast even packed my son’s remaining breakfast in a take-away box, so very kind. Highly recommend!

I booked here because it was close to the hospital, where my daughter and baby had been moved to. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the facilities in the room and how comfortable it was. The food for breakfast and dinner was perfectly acceptable though a fairly limited menu, but absolutely fine for what I needed. I will be staying several times over the coming weeks and it is great to know what to expect, to get a good night's sleep and a good breakfast! The manager Stuart was really helpful too 🙂

On check in, a ground floor room was allocated when I had requested a top floor one but I pushed back in this. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom, tea tray & headboard, all came up mucky under a UV inspection. At night, there was constant thudding and scraping noises until well after 11:30pm & starting again at 6am. Could have been cleaners or guests. All I wanted was a good night sleep in order to visit the Derby Royal next morning. That didn’t happen. A really poor Premier Inn offering.

Stayed at this premier inn primarily for its location opposite the hospital. Usually, with Premier Inn, you know roughly what you're going to get as standard. Unfortunately we felt a little let down. On arrival there was a homeless person in reception who was being accommodated at the hotel. Although I am not against this at all, the smell emanating from the chap was very off putting. The computer systems were extremely slow, and the reception area looked like something from a local supermarket!! Shampoo, shower gel and other toiletries were on some shelving next to the door with items priced with large fluorescent stars. In addition to this, bracelets were also displayed for sale on the reception desk. Not a good first impression at all. However, the receptionist was polite and friendly. Our room (number 36) was pretty much as expected, although it was looking very 'tired'. The bathroom was in poor shape with paint peeling from the skirting and mould on the tiles around the shower gel. Only one towel was provided in what was a multi occupancy room (1 x double bed and 1 x single bed). Reception provided us with an extra towel. The worst thing though was the rubbish wifi. The basic Premier Inn wifi was recorded at ＜ 1mb on a speed test that we run. After perceiving overnight, my partner told reception about the slow speed and paid for an upgrade to the better package. This too was terrible at a recorded speed of ＜ 10mb. Very frustrating when trying to work. My partner went to reception to complain, but the chap didnt know what to do and told him to come back later when his colleague was there - but we never did. Too late by then really. My partner had breakfast both days. The Saturday breakfast wasn't great. He said it seemed like it had been left out rather a ling time even though he had it at approx 8am, All in all, not the best premier inn we have ever syayed in, but certainly the most frustrating!!

nice quiet rooms i would return, room was clean beds were comfy room was warm and staff were polite and friendly. slept like a log booking was easy too and was reasonably priced, breakfast was nice and tea and coffee was hot will stay again in the future

The beefeater next door is closed. Meals are now served in-house at the Social. I was on a meal deal. My evening meal was the most depressing meal I have ever had. I was staying 2 nights and cancelled meal deal for second night. Don't plan on an enjoyable meal at this hotel.

A brilliant stay, over a Friday and Saturday night (to visit Matlock). We'd previously stayed here in June for the Bloodstock Festival.Convenient location and easy parking. All the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. The new restaurant is very cool! The usual great choice at breakfast with extra vegan/ vegetarian options on request which were provided quickly. On an evening the mood-lighting transforms the space into a really pleasant area to have drinks and an evening meal. The food and service were excellent! Highly recommended - a great value option! We've tried a few Premier Inns in the area and this one is fantastic. The in-house restaurant is a real improvement on the Beefeater even though we enjoyed that too. Thanks to everyone who, once again, made our stay so pleasant. Good luck with the new set-up!

Heating in room didn't work and the adjoining Beefeater restaurant had closed down, so they were only serving guests, but selection of food and quality was disgraceful. I suggest avoiding until the hotel is refurbished and the restaurant reopens

Considering the conditions they are working in (mulitple visits since the beefeater closed), the staff are incredible. In particular, Liana. Always has a smile on her face and willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers feel welcome and valued. Look after her amd she will be an asset to your team.
