非常適合在德比競技場觀看莎拉·米利肯 (Sarah Millican) 比賽後過夜。步行不到 10 分鐘。看到進出競技場的交通隊伍後，我們住在那裡，鬆了一口氣。 步行 2 分鐘即可到達 Frankie & Benny's 吃飯。我們在接待處遇到的每個人都提供優質友善的服務。床和枕頭非常舒服。可愛、乾淨、現代。房間和停車場的價格合理。肯定會推薦它。

Apart from the rude awakening of the fire alarm going off at 6.45am everything was excellent, comfortable, clean and in a good location for amenities.

Pride park travelodge Derby. Staff are always helpful and polite, they go out of their way to help with anything. Room was clean and a fantastic night sleep with a very little noise. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice . Overall stay was good

We were in Derby for a wedding over the weekend, the staff were absolutely amazing and were more than helpful with the requests we had. Teresa and the receptionist team were great, we couldn’t fault the experience we had! We would definitely stay again.

Not stayed here for a while and pleasantly surprised at the improvements. Much fresher and refurbished in the dining area. Looks more inviting and cosy. Stayed here did to working late and not wanting to face the commute. Very clean and everything you need for an overnight stay.

I had an awful experience with this hotel. I was wrongly charged nearly £200 in parking fees due to the staff writing down my registration incorrectly, even after I showed them a photo of my number plate. It took them months to resolve, and they showed very little concern throughout the process. On top of that, my room smelled strongly of sewage. Their “solution” was to spray an excessive amount of air freshener despite the fact that there was an asthmatic person staying in the room. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish.

As always an amazing stay soo close to the football ground where we were headed and just a 5 min drive to the Derbian shopping centre. Teresa was very accommodating always so kind, nothing is ever too much trouble and the service was nothing but friendly and happy. Our room was on the ground floor where I had requested and the bed very comfortable, breakfast was decent a good variety constantly topped up and very fresh! All in all a fantastic stay we always look forward to coming here and will be back near to Christmas

We had a lovely’s at in a good location, especially if you are arriving late. Greeted warmly by Julia who explained food was served until 10pm and drinks later. The bar area was warm , the bedroom was clean and comfortable and we plan to use it again

Usually stay at Holiday Inn but due to a football match I had to stay here. Expensive room, but it was match day, then had to pay extra for parking. Room was mediocre, no way to control heating. No glasses in the room so had to drink water from a mug. Couldn’t make a cup of tea without a spoon. The tea/coffee facilities were dire. The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was very tired. Ate tea in the restaurant downstairs as there was nowhere within walking distance and soon regretted it. They take orders at the bar and don’t want to know where you’re sat, they actually said “we’ll find you”; what this means is that each time a waiter comes out the kitchen they go to each table till they find the person who ordered it!! Breakfast was absolutely awful. Really revolting. The containers holding the cooked breakfast items were all yellow stained, some items didn’t have kids so were dried up. The rest of the options were only marginally better. The staff were clearly trying and quite sweet but the facilities are v poor. If Holiday Inn isn’t free in future I’ll head out of Derby rather than stay here.

Convenient bur next to the main road so very noisy traffic late in the evening and early in the morning with very thin windows. Would advise asking for a room away from the main road.

I arrived 20-25 minutes before 3pm, receptionist wanted to charge me £15 for early check in! 2 minutes later a couple arrive and a different receptionist checked them in no problem. The original receptionist said at 2:58 let me check you in a little earlier, I’ll make an exception! I’m a business traveller and had a Teams call at 3pm, had travelled down from Middlesborough (tired) and wanted to try to meet Teams call in room at 3. The hotel was extremely noisy, with children running up and down the corridors in the evening screaming at each other, parents joining in! Very noisy hotel, very little sound proofing, you can hear people in room above walking around. I left the hotel at 8am the next day, although didn’t have to check out until 12 ( so 4 hours earlier than necessary) they don’t give you a refund for early check out so that they can clean room etc., so I didn’t check out, left the room key in room and hopefully really put the petty staff out! Need to train staff. I travel 3 days nationally across the UK, this was the first time I used Travel Lodge in a long time, this reminded why I don’t use them. Won’t be using them again, Ryan Air (Michael O’Leary) approach to customers!

We stayed as a group on a football tour from Adelaide South Australia, The hotel was run by manger Theresa and assistant manager also Theresa, I have to say nothing was a problem for the team here at pride park, the hotel was clean and the food was really good, They went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable, The team there are a credit to Theresa, we will definitely stay there again.

Is this a Holiday Inn Express? Or even Holiday Inn? The simple answer is NO. It is a well run Travelodge with the new room decor. The only thing holding it back is the lack of air con in the rooms. Larger than normal bathrooms with a seat inside the shower even. No supermarkets are within walking distance, but the food is fresh despite being pre-sized, but like PInn. Talking of which, give me this hotel over PI anyday.... But only in the Winter.
