確定酒店(Surety Hotel)

This was just an okay experience. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly enough. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly - dust in corners. The rug in our room was also crooked and had dirt on it. Not exactly the worst and dirtiest hotel I’ve been in, but the expectations did not match the experience as it came across as a luxury hotel.

I was disappointed. The lobby was beautiful but the room was small and the mattress was really hard, not very comfortable. The lighting in the room was to dim. There wasn’t a coffee maker for hot water and there was no place to put our suitcase. We had clothes hanging in the closet so that wasn’t an option. But worst of all, we attended a wedding and there was a speaker in the wall. We could hear the music from the lobby playing through the speakers throughout the entire wedding ceremony. That is a terrible oversight on the hotels part.It was definitely not worth the $500 that we paid for a two night stay.

Cool atmosphere and decor. The rooms did not have much for storage options. The bedding was great. There weren’t many hooks or things to hang clothing. Poor tile work in our bathroom so there was water puddling up outside on the floor. The restaurant and bar looked really cool even though we didn’t get a chance to try them.

We loved the vibe and friendliness of the Surety. The room was clean, modern, comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and aesthetics all around. The bar/ restaurant was cozy and had good drinks, although the food was underwhelming. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

The food was disappointing… over priced and you didn’t get much for what you paid for. That alone would not want me to go there again.. great venue, beautiful restoration but the food quality and amount was a hard miss.

Beautiful decor and rooms. Parking is not included. It is $25 in a garage around the corner from the hotel. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because the cook didn’t show up before we had to leave.

Surety is a beautiful hotel right on the corner and parking garages and lots immediately close by. The staff are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond. Thank you

The girl at the coffee bar this morning was amazing…w kids & adults she was so sweet. Checking in the young gentleman sweet as can be also.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent downtown location at the best price of any of the hotels I looked at downtown in Des Moines.
