O度假村及水療中心(The O Spa + Resort, Adults Only)

Main pool wasn’t heated, jacuzzi was why too hot no one liked it, little pool that’s only a foot deep was the only water that was comfortable. Caught the male worker take a picture w his cell phone of our group w/o permission,,,creeper! Wont ever go back or obviously recommend this place.

So much mold in the bathroom , tv not working very small, music outside 24/7, pools filthy , old old mattress and sheets , this place needs total professional renovation STAT

Musty room with water issues in bathroom. Woke up with sinuses congested. Requested refund for second night, was denied. Not only that but the front desk clerk had an attitude and basically told me I was lying about the room being musty. The other thing is they play their music all day and night. Would be ok but if you don’t like 70s disco it gets irritating after a few hours. I would have preferred to be able to put on my own music but their system is too loud. People hang out all night on the wknds, which again, would be ok if it were more my vibe but it wasn’t. So if you’re looking to get a nights sleep and you don’t like disco, this is not your place! And as I said the attitude of the front desk staff is inexcusable. A hotel should be eager to correct anything wrong with the room. I ended up checking out after one night and forfeit my $250 on the second night, which I’ve never had to do before.

Awesome place to stay. Super relaxed environment with friendly guests. The pills are fantastic. Our particular room was one of few that appears to still need a little updating but was acceptable. The wifi connection/speed was iffy inside of our room but was fine in the courtyard/pool area.

Amazing vibe- relaxing! So many mineral spas to choose from. Only real problem, tv wouldn’t connect, but we didn’t need it with the beautiful property around us. No shampoo, or soap so bring your own.

The property was cute. I loved the vibe. But my room only had a small swamp cooler in the wall. After an hour of waiting for it to cool down, it was still 95 degrees in my room. I did book at another hotel. The owner was mad that I didn’t let him move us to another room, but his plan was to move us for that night and then move us again the next night. Who wants to be shuffled around like that? The owner said, well that room hasn’t been remodeled yet. So why would you book us into a room that clearly doesn’t work and you know it doesn’t. He then told me he would refund one of my two days. He has yet to do it. He slammed down his key board and announced he is getting out of the hotel industry. I guess he’s gonna take my money and run. Don’t stay at the O

So relaxing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

The property is beautiful, and very relaxing, close attention to detail throughout property.

Music piped loudly throughout the property until was turned off at midnight at guest request.
