I got locked inside the bathroom in room 204 for about 10-15 mins. After I was done using the bathroom the door would not open, the handle would move up and down but the lock didn’t move. My family that was with me tried to open from the outside, it still wouldn’t open. They called the woman who was working front desk letting her know what happened she said maintenance wasn’t working. She came up and brought scissors and that didn’t work. The ring thing around the handle was loose and I was able to get it back far enough to loosen the screws with my fingers and take them out, the lock still wouldn’t move so I ended up taking the lock out and that’s when it opened. The front desk clerk told me to leave everything in the bathroom and maintenance would fix it the next day. She gave us another room, spoke with the manger the next morning and he gave me $25 and said sorry. I don’t think that was fair, I stayed 4 days/3nights and that was all he could do smh!!!

It was a nice stay...good location. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The door on our room did not close properly...Room 100. We always had to pull the door closed when we exited.

When checking into our hotel there was a heating and air company parked outside which with it being 106 degrees outside I was a little concerned. The front desk lady was super nice and explained where everything was at and that breakfast would be served from 7-10 that next morning. We then head to our room and while walking through the hall there were bags of trash outside doors and it looked like there were dehumidifiers running. Our room was surprisingly nice but not long after we were settled, our toilet handle quit working so the toilet ran non stop. We went downstairs to use the pool which ended up being warm water so it was hard to stay in the pool with it being so hot outside. We left for dinner and came back to a sign saying there would be no breakfast in the morning. Overall I feel like we could’ve found something a lot better for the money and would recommend anyone else to choose another hotel.

The location was great but the service was terrible. We stayed for four days and they only serviced our room once. Towels smelled like wet dog so we used our own. The complimentary breakfast was below average. They ran out of apple juice and cream cheese on a daily basis. The pool was so full of chlorine that my kids couldn’t go under water to open their eyes. If you plan to stay in Destin, I would NOT recommend staying here.

The property seemed as if it was a new building or had been recently renovated. It is a great stay for a very cheap price. I like this.

I booked this hotel for my four children who are traveling home to do their dads house from a destination vacation. My daughter was told she wasn’t old enough to check in. She’s 21 and the bill was paid ahead of time. Absolute absurdity.

My family stayed 3 nights in the 1 bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable and they offer free breakfast which good too. We did enjoy the pool and spa which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a very nice room with a king-size bed and the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good the next morning with a buffet that you could pick what you wanted to eat. The staff was friendly and nice at check-in and check-out.

Gita good location close to Henderson beach and shopping complexes…can get various types of food closeby. Breakfast is decent

It was a comfy and cozy room. Was bright and very clean. Only issue I had was the beds were just too soft for me to sleep comfortably. #306 close enough to the elevator. Amenities were clean and good. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. This hotel was close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Starbucks/Panera Bread.
