The hotel service was very attentive, and the environment was great. It's a fantastic place for a family trip, and they even have a free laundry room.

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. It's close to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk service was also great.

The room was generally clean and a good size, with all the necessary facilities and disposable toiletries. Downstairs, there's free coffee, coffee creamer, and drinks available anytime, which is a nice touch. 👍 For the price of the room, the breakfast was quite good, offering both Chinese and Western options, including soy milk pudding with a full range of condiments. The only downside was the attitude of a cleaning staff member downstairs; she was unhelpful and impatient when I asked her a question.

Excellent as always! This time, I booked the hotel for a foreign teacher. Since the teacher had an early morning flight, they needed to check out around 5:50 AM. I contacted the hotel in advance by phone and WeChat, hoping they could help prepare a portable breakfast. The front desk readily agreed and prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. Later, during a WeChat conversation, I mentioned that the teacher usually drinks tea with breakfast. It was just a casual remark, but I was surprised that the hotel staff took note and thoughtfully included tea with the breakfast. The hotel front desk is a window, reflecting the operations of all departments within the hotel. From a small detail like breakfast, you can feel the hotel's重视 and dedication to meeting guest needs. Such service is not only professional but also incredibly heartwarming. Many thanks to the front desk and all the hotel departments for their meticulous arrangements. It's this kind of above-and-beyond service that makes every stay feel reassuring and satisfying.

This Home Inn I booked for my trip to Chengdu was easily the best I've ever stayed at; the experience was truly fantastic. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance, which was incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive during check-in, always greeting guests with a smile. Their service was impeccable – always available but never intrusive. The hotel's overall decor has a distinctly British feel, and both the staff's attire and the interior design were excellent. The environment is quiet despite being in a bustling area; the whole place felt very peaceful. The hotel breakfast was quite good, offering local Chengdu specialties like 'xiaomian' (noodles), 'chaoshou' (wontons), and 'douhua' (tofu pudding). The cleaning staff were also very friendly; the 'auntie' cleaning our room even brought us extra bottles of water when tidying our room during our extended stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center near Xinnanmen Metro Station, just a 150m walk away. Having the metro so close made getting around and visiting attractions incredibly easy. Chunxi Road is just one metro stop away, and popular spots like Kuanzhai Alley and Wenshu Monastery are also easily accessible. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including 'chuan'er' (skewer) and hot pot restaurants. Just a short walk down University Road, you'll find even more local snacks. This place is truly excellent, the price is reasonable, and it exceeded all my expectations. It's a fantastic base for exploring Chengdu – highly recommended!
