I stayed in a triple room at this hotel in early March for one night, at a rate of approximately 1600 HKD per night. The room consisted of two single beds and one Japanese-style tatami mat. However, the tatami mat was too thin, and it offered no additional comfort compared to sleeping on a regular hard bed. As a result, one of us ended up sleeping on the hard bed throughout the night.
The room provided three bottles of water and basic minibar items. The location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff were friendly. However, the major drawback was that the hotel itself was extremely outdated. While the age of the hotel may not be a critical issue, the lack of renovations and poor cleanliness were problematic. The bathroom had numerous yellow stains, and there was obvious dust. There were even black marks and stains in the bathroom. I couldn't help but wonder why the hotel did not take advantage of the opportunity during the pandemic to undertake maintenance and repairs. It's a shame to see such a prime location being wasted in this way.
