高級套房酒店(Prime Suites)

It has fabulous facilities and beautiful views. The staff are very nice and friendly.

We stayed 3 nights there! excellent view!clean and spacious room! Friendly staff!!it was a beautiful visit and hope to stay longer next time! Highly recommended it!I love it and want to come back as soon as possible!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Prime suites and we could not get enough of it! The room was spacious and clean, the view to Caldera was amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly !! Will return soon!

We booked this hotel via ********** for a week in July earlier this week but have subsequently been bullied into cancelling our booking by the hotel. After booking and paying in full for our room, we received our booking confirmation and proceeded to book our flights which are non refundable. Then the hotel messaged via ********** to say could I cancel my booking as ‘no rooms are available’. I responded to say I had already booked my flights, why wasn’t the room I had confirmation for available. The hotel responded to say ********** had sold the room too cheaply and that I would need to cancel. ********** said the hotel determine their own prices, so the hotel literally decided they wanted to charge more. After 48 hours of trying to speak to ********** to ask why the hotel we’re asking me to cancel, ********** informed me that the hotel had said they would allow us to arrive, but we would not be given the room we had booked and we would ‘have no services’ such as towels, bedding, wifi etc whilst we were there. We felt we had no option but to cancel, as we did not want to travel for a special holiday to be met with threats of an awful holiday. I would avoid this place at all costs, if you book they will decide you need to pay more and try to bully you into paying it or cancelling your booking when you have paid for other parts of your trip. We have now booked a much nicer hotel for our trip and we’re pleased we aren’t staying here.

I traveled with a group of friends, we traveled on a rather low budged. We booked the prime suite for 4 people, we arrived at night and the checking was quick and easy, in the morning when we went out to the terrace we were amazingly surprised ! the view was breathtaking! The room overall was very comfortable, traditional cave with 4 comfy beds and two bathrooms. The rooms were very clean! The location of the suits is the best possible in the area ! Next to famous blue roofed chapels. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the common area. All was perfect and i really recommend this place!! Enjoy!

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Hay un señor que es muy poco amable en las áreas. El baño estaba lleno de hongo, la tv está muy mal ubicada, no se puede ver desde la cama. La ubicación es muy buena, estás Justo en el corazón, tiene un frigo q ayuda, no servia la caja de seguridad, no hay cajoneras

Nous avons séjourné le jeudi 10 au 11juin . La chambre est agréable. Bonne literie et la vue aurait été magnifique si la végétation avait été entretenue. Pour les points négatifs : l hôte nous avait propose un rendez-vous à 15 h à la poste , ou personne n est jamais venu nous chercher malgré notre mail de confirmation. L endroit est assez difficile à trouver et sans l aide d une charmante commerçante qui tient la galerie d art à côté et qui a tel à l hotel nous serions encore en train de chercher . Car malgré son appel personne ne vient nous chercher. Par rapport au prix , il aurait été agréable d avoir au moins un sachet de thé et de café avec la bouilloire mise à disposition. Et pour finir , nous lui rendons les clés sans un regard de sa part et recevons 2 heures plus tard un appel pour nous demander si nous avons rendu les clefs. Business is Business. Dommage.
