底特律-迪爾伯恩萬怡酒店(Courtyard Detroit Dearborn)

The walls are very thin, and the rooms have connecting doors. We had very loud neighbors. We complained just after check in, they didn’t have ear plugs. We called down to the front desk at 1:30 about the noise, and staff did talk to them. This continued for over an hour longer. The staff was pleasant, the room was adequate but the noise level from the next room and it not being solved ruined our stay here. I get a hotel room so I have a place to sleep near an event. I’m not paying to stay awake all night.

We had an AMAZING experience at this hotel. From check in to check out everyone was beyond courteous and helpful. It was so nice to have smiling faces! And the costumes on Halloween day were so fun. We will be back again to stay for sure!

I checked into the room and the toilet was a mess and it could not flush, I tried calling front desk using the room land line but the phone didn’t work. I went to the front desk and I was very upset and the put me into a queen bed room which I didn’t want. I am very upset that I paid 164.00$ for this stay through Orbitz and I hope something is done about this situation.

Room was clean and comfortable….staff was not as friendly or accommodating as i expected, compared to other Marriott properties I’ve stayed in.

Only Starbucks coffee offered in lobby. Most hotels have a coffee and juice dispenser available in the lobby. Too bad having to make a couple of extra bucks that way. As for front desk employees they were excellent in every way. As a business owner myself I would love to have them in my employ.

This hotel was clean and hospitable. The pool was the coldest I can recall. After swimming 50 lengths, I was still very cold and decided to stop because it was so uncomfortable.

Hotel room was very clean. The gym had two treadmills, hand weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, a bike and an elliptical. Front desk was courteous and responsive. Would stay there again.
