麗笙鄉村套房酒店-密歇根州迪爾伯恩(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dearborn, MI)

This room was awful!! The light was out, dirty windows, dirty old chair, ripped shower curtain, and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Room 316 needs maintenance and cleaning.

儘管沒有預訂，我們還是被安排在隔壁房間，隔壁房間的人整晚都很吵，隔着隔壁的門很容易聽到。我們在預訂時被告知會有早餐，但沒有。游泳池還可以，但不是很乾凈，也沒有毛巾。當我要更多毛巾時，他們告訴我不要。總的來説，不是一次愉快的經歷。工作人員總體上很好，但顧客不是。

Elevator was not working. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was oatmeal and beagle.

I wouldn't recommend staying here! Honestly there are many other hotels around the same area and similar price. This hotel wasn't clean and my room had a really bad smell, coffee machine wasn't cleaned and had a used coffee pod. Staff were not the best either! I wanted to change my method of payment and they did not know how to do it and yet charged the wrong card. The area around the hotel wasn't safe either! there was homeless that followed me on my way to dunkin donuts to grab my morning coffee!

This hotel is run down and unclean. We ended up leaving after 2 hours and the hotel wouldn't not refund our money. They attempted to move us another room on the 4th floor. The receptionist said "I think the 4th floor is the nicest floor". We went up to check out the room and it was the same but to add to that there were a few holes under the hallway carpet which I tripped on. When o told the front desk about us not wanting to stay they refused to cancel and refund our money. The carpet in both rooms was bubbling and stained. The walls had major paint chips and the curtains were dirty and stained. This is not a 3 star hotel as it was advertised!! We saw a cat in the window too.

Carpet and bathroom had seen better days. Bed is old. The lobby looks out of shape. Did not see a deep clean for a while. I asked for a foam pillow and they advised me of buying one!!!!

Problem with noise above room 103 for 3 nights. First night the receptionist ignored our request. Second night the issue was not solved until Amir relocated the family in 203 to another room. Lady reception let coffee cream run out, would not get more even though new arrivals were coming in. Finally our room was not cleaned during out 5 day stay

Definitely would not visit this establishment again. During The first night, I had to move to another room due to the microwave being broken. Get settled in the new room and the heater was not working. Had to gather my things again and move to another room. During my stay, the room key had to be reset everyday except one.

The room had a noise in the floor and rotten wood noise under the carpet also in the hallways in floor number 4
